Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a fry today. I ordered at 11:39am. by the time I received the food it was almost 1pm and the food was COLD and the fries were mushy. I complained and was refused numerous times, to get a refund.

Jordan is always amazing. Not just us, but to everybody that comes in the store and the food is great.

The curse of the slow restaurant. No one looked up from their phones, no one said hi, no acknowledgement of any kind.

I walked out. Do yourself a favor and don't walk in.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and the one looked like they threw the leftovers from the other sandwiches to make the 3rd sandwich, I will never go to this location again.

Hiring kids isn't a good idea,?,alot of change lasts 3 months. the first year was good food

I’ve had Charley’s at the mall & it was so good. I thought I would try the location in Lakewood on Detroit Road for the first time yesterday. My Experience was not good at all. I asked the young boy who was taking my order about the Kentucky bourbon sandwich, and he said he didn’t know anything about it. I then asked him if it was Spicy He said I don’t know I think it’s ok. So instead I ordered the large Philly steak without green peppers. There was only a few pieces of onion and a couple pieces of mushroom & the bun was all broken. Also ordered my mom the large Philly steak both were so dry and over cooked.I also ordered my sister a large vegetable sub that wasn’t good either. Very disapointed customer !!

I agree with Liz. The absolute worse wings I ever had! Dry, overcooked, not a drop off moisture! Nope, nope..won't be back.

I never write reviews, but here we go.. I have been coming here since they opened because I love Charley. Recently tho, they must’ve hired some new people. I have gotten food poisoning now 2 times from them and will not be coming back. Cashier girls have also become quite rude. Sad that I have to say goodbye to a favorite of mine :/

The all Girl Crew, what can i say. food was ok. boneless nuggets, well hard way over cooked and way to many seeds.
