Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Hey, I've ordered from here a couple times, and once my roommate and I got food poisoning! A few other times our order was wrong or cold. Today, my order was cold, everything looked like it had been sitting forever – like they gave us someone's leftovers. My daughter's sandwich was practically empty, just because asked without veggies. I didn't even eat my wings; I forgot about them until an hour later, and they were disgusting! I've worked food service, so I know – if you wouldn't want something served to a certain way to yourself, don't serve it to your customers. And simply treat others how you want to be treated. Do better Charleys. Unfortunately in this economy and prices people cant afford to eat out all the time and when they do they dont want food they cant even eat. It was money wasted. I couldn't even eat my wings. 😮‍💨 My cat couldn't even bite through the cheese of my sub it was so weird.

Small. Just a few tables. My grandsons chicken Philly was ok, the boneless wings I ordered were sitting in a puddle of grease. They were overcooked and had no flavor. Fries were ok.

The service here most of the time is great. They’re usually sweet and patient so props to them! However the food is a different story. My orders continue to be completely wrong. It’s happen to me a few times but it’s not always easy getting the right order because a lot of customers and I are in and out and don’t always have time to drive all the way back to get the right order

Miya was such a joy!!! She was super nice and friendly and the restaurant was very clean! My food was prepared perfectly 😍

Charley’s Lakewood has great sandwiches, excellent wings, and the best fries! The staff is awesome and so helpful!

I don’t even write reviews but I had to give this store their credit ! I loveeeeeeee this Charleys I always get their 10pc wings all flatssssss lol they never miss they always have great costumer service when i call up there or even when I come in they always greet me with a smile and meet my expectations! I work in costumer service and I know how it could be but they’re doing great !

Bad service lady’s sitting down at 2:49pm when walked in , I asked for an ice cream cone she gave me a cup. I explained a cup on the side she refuse gave me what she wanted she a African American lady.

Food was as ordered and cashier was kind and handsome. Easy 5 stars.

I got the chicken cheesesteak about a week ago. It had so many small pieces of bone fragments in it that I almost cracked a filling! I remember this happened a few years ago and the manager told me they had a bad batch of chicken. That was a disgusting experience and I am officially done eating there!

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a fry today. I ordered at 11:39am. by the time I received the food it was almost 1pm and the food was COLD and the fries were mushy. I complained and was refused numerous times, to get a refund.
