I agree with Liz. The absolute worse wings I ever had! Dry, overcooked, not a drop off moisture! Nope, nope..won't be back.

I never write reviews, but here we go.. I have been coming here since they opened because I love Charley. Recently tho, they must’ve hired some new people. I have gotten food poisoning now 2 times from them and will not be coming back. Cashier girls have also become quite rude. Sad that I have to say goodbye to a favorite of mine :/

Lakewood store ordered chicken wings, sweet teriyaki sauce. With blue cheese , Absolutely horrible, they were so overcooked and dry, I thought I would choke eating them, I literally live 2 minutes away and when I got them home they were stone cold? super gross and no blue cheese One of cooks, had a ponytail and was busy playing with it while cooking. How do you screw up ONE thing?

I went into the store and it was empty: no customers, no orders being made. I ordered a large philly cheesesteak, meat & cheese only, with extra meat and cheese, and a large fry. Pretty simple order to make, I would think, especially when you're slow.I got home and went to eat my food and what did I find? Fries that were half cooked, soggy, and were raw/hard in the center, and the cheesesteak had onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and jalapeno peppers on it. I have GI issues that prevent me from eating spicy food, so I paid $20 for food that I couldn't eat, even if I wanted to.I will never, ever order food from this place again. If you can't even get a simple order right when you're totally empty and slow, I cannot imagine how many mistakes get made when you're busy. I feel like I completely wasted good money, and I didn't even get to eat the food.

We ordered 20 garlic parm wings and they gave us plain wings with no sauce in one box and the other box had a splash of sauce on the bottom of the box with plain wings on top of it there wasn’t even enough sauce to coat 3 wings. Definitely don’t recommend getting wings from this place!

FOH is more than perfect, but when you have BOH in clear view of the customers and they are asking why they need to remake food when they are the ones who didn't make it right...Kinda pushes business
I am very upset with the food I received. The bacon was extremely undercooked. I can handle floppy bacon but when it isn't even cooked I have a problem. I ordered extra cheese, they didn't put it on the sandwich and the small amount was just stuck in the center of the sub. They didn't even put effort into making it right. I don't write reviews and I had to write this. When they first opened they were great. Save your time and go to a different location.

My cheesesteak was pretty good, but my fries were warm and stale. The soda from the fountain was flat. I told the staff, but nothing was done about it. I had iced tea instead.
