For the most part, it's clean. The staff aren't attentive when placing your order. Upon cashing out, I had asked for an item multiple times, the cashier confirmed, and it was never placed in my bag or given to me. I don't go often to Chipotle because fast food has been disappointing. Employees want more money, but then have no desire to put forth the effort to earn it. Obnoxious.

I’ve been coming here for years, and unfortunately I would have to say avoid this location at all costs. Very noticeable peaks and valleys in service that last for a while, so this is probably due to not being able to keep good management. I’ve had great service, but the bad service is bad enough that I avoid this location despite it being closest to me. There is cheaper, better and faster Mexican food in Lakewood.

This chipotle is a sad story unfortunately. No matter what time of the day you arrive, you’re always gonna have to wait to order. This Chipotle unfortunately never has enough people working here. And it’s a shame, because the people who do show up every day, you can obviously tell that they’re suffering lol. Apart from the long wait times though, the food is usually always very tasty, always spot on, and very good. I just wish they had more people working here. Chipotle needs to pay better wages, but we all know that’ll never happen. The interior could definitely use some cleaning, but they don’t have the people for it!Parking: It’s in a shopping plaza, so there’s lots of parking spots. Some spots you have to pay for, but the majority of them are free

Pretty disappointed with the service and the pick up experience. Ordered for a set time showed up and nothing on the pick up shelves waited a while asked after food and they had it behind the counter the whole time getting cold. Then got home to fine no chips that were ordered and paid for. The fine in area was messy and well overdue for a clean.

Then they decide to start serving, and one of them starts cleaning the glass from behind, spraying bleach all over the food while doing so. i thought downtowns was the worst, but this takes the

For the last few times we came here, we always noticed that the female staff always gave larger proportions to men but gave women smaller proportions. This is not fair at all. My mom's rice bowl was small in compared to the two men's order that was before us.
The food at this Chipotle over the last month or so has been some of the best Chipotle I've ever had.

You can tell the workers are lazy. They close at 10. I went in at 9 on the dot. Out of cheese, sour cream and chips and wont refill for the night. Worker says "we close in 45 minutes " ... just GO TO A DIfferent chipotle. This one sucks.

I needed to speak about this because I'm not sure what's going on. Chipotle has been absolute BUTT for like the last year and especially in this post college town thag I live in. I go maybe once a month because the quality and portions have been for babies. But today was different, I was LOADED up. I think it's a effort by chipotle to get their asses back in gear by improving because I know they heard the negative buzz on social media. It was delicious and I ate two meals out of it. Maybe it's because the guy in front was talking sweet to the employee but I'm going back soon to see if it stays good. Chitpotle always has a special place in my heart
