I've never had birria tacos before & I was hoping it would be incredibly flavorful, like the zesty slow-cooked barbacoa I make at home. It's good, but it tastes most like hot roast beef. There is NO fat within the beef. The street corn was great - fresh off the cob, not canned or frozen corn. Pickup was easy & fast. If you order inside, its setup like Chipotle, where all ingredients are visible & you tell them what you want as they make it in front of you (for takeout, enter on left side of building, door is facing the side street).

Wanted to love this place but it was just meh. The frozen margarita was too sweet and syrupy and not at all strong enough. I got a barbacoa bowl and my husband got a chorizo bowl. The portion size was great but the food was mid. Meat and toppings were just bland and rice was not cooked all the way and a bit crunchy. Nothing special here. In addition we sat outside on the patio and there are just entirely too many bees as they are attracted to all the flowers and trees/bushes they have all over and surrounding the space.

Don’t know if this is the norm for this restaurant but my they put all the hot sauces on top of the tacos so by the time the tacos arrived, the corn tortillas were all broken apart due to the wetness of the sauce. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I specifically noted on the order to PUT ALL HOT SAUCES ON THE SIDE!! We are ended up eating only the meat inside the tacos w/ a fork. TERRIBLE!!!!

I wanted to like this place, but what I experienced after the fact throws it all down the drain. I only ordered two tacos one chicken tinga and one chicken el pastor both were spicy. Immediately after I ate I was gassy throughout the rest of the day, Unfortunately the same night I woke up at 4 am from the stomach pains I was in, as a girl the pain was ten times worse than a first day period. I was shocked from the pains and diarrhea. I didn’t know what to do I took ibuprofen and I was contemplating if I was pregnant that’s how bad the cramping was in my stomach. But obviously you can rule that out because it was from the food. Oh my god I went to hell and back that night so not worth the $12 tacos I paid, I would avoid this place unless you want a night spent in the toilet and suffering. I have never had this intense stomach cramps before from food and I’m not even exaggerating at all. I was pleading with god to please remove this pain I don’t know how I’m still alive after all that…

My absolute FAVORITE Mexican food in the city! Definitely a staple in the community - every location is great. All employees are extremely kind and helpful. Will always choose over Chipotle/any chain restaurant.

For me this has been one of those places I've heard about but never went to yet for whatever reason. It's good stuff. Like a Chipotle / Moes but better. Enter on the left side of the building. Order in the line, get your food at the end. There are tables inside and outside. They had beer as well as other drinks. Parking is easy right out front. Very busy. Nothing fancy (in a good way)! Clean bathroom. Go check it out!

Not very flavorful at all. Toppings were just out of a can, like just drained canned corn and tomato..barbacoa was cooked well but bland. Not joking when I say Chipotle has 100x the spice/flavor of the meat here.......

The food is not necessarily bad but be warned that it’s not flavorful and most ingredients are put on straight from the can. The corn and beans had no extra seasoning. Carnitas bland as well, cooked well but no seasoning. Queso is good though.
