Was advised that my pizza was delivered but it never was. Not sure how this location stays open with the lack of customer service. There are too many other good pizza places in Lakewood to ever order from here.

Casey was and is the best worker to EVER be hired at domino’s. She goes above and beyond for her job. I only spend money here for pizza because of her!

Everytime the name John pops up in regards to who's making my order, I just know it's going to be fire! Perfect every single time. I stopped going to the Domino's just a couple of minutes from my house because everything was undercooked and doughy and they barely put sauce on my wings. I even had to stop getting cheesy bread because it was more raw dough than anything. I've tried everything that I love here and not once have I been disappointed with John making it. I applaud you greatly. Thank you for the perfect food every single time!

I’ve never had Dominos before and only decided to try them because of the viral tiktok trend going around (pan pizza, garlic parm sauce instead of red sauce, bacon, philly cheesesteak + EXTRA garlic parm sauce and EXTRA cheese). The only difference between my pizza and the viral one is I didn’t ask for extra garlic parm sauce or extra cheese. My pizza came extremely burnt. When I called about it, the guy I talked to alleged 1) that’s the way it’s supposed to look, 2) it looks like that because I didn’t get the extra garlic parm sauce or cheese (he said this when I referred to all the pizzas on tiktok) like those videos on tiktok, 3) there was nobody else to talk to in the store besides him to handle my order and advised me that because it is a franchise, nothing would be done about my order aside from a store credit or a remake.
Now in all other cases, I would have considered either option (even though it’s after 8pm on a Sunday night so I don’t want to wait for a remake and I’ve never ordered from Dominos before so I wasn’t confident enough in utilizing a store credit), but the guys tone and customer service were very rude and condescending. He told me to call corporate and I plan to do that tomorrow.
Will not be ordering from here again off the strength of that single encounter.

This is the first time I ordered Dominos pizza, I ordered the New York style and it was the best best pizza I have had in a long time ! I ordered on line and it showed me step by step and exactly when the driver arrived !!! This pizza was BETTER than Angelo’s pizza in Lakewood. I will order this from now on and I will send patrons your way. I truly enjoyed your pizza. Again this was delicious pizza !! Thank you for this experience I’ll be back !!

Been ordering here for years and they have never disappointed! Staff is so kind and helpful, on the other hand the pizza, breads, chicken its all amazing. For cheap prices too can't beat that 6.99 deal.
Parking: Big lot behind the building, as well as multiple spots in front and next to the building
Kid-friendliness: Very cool atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp in the back behind the building and your able to go through the front door no problem

I placed an order at the end of May it was messed up I called they offered to replace the order that night or in the future so I called back today to have the order replaced and they told me there was nothing on file about the previous order the man I spoke to was rude asked for a manager he said he was a manager no customer service at all we always like there food but I won't be ordering again
