Pulled up to the drive thru and could not hear a word the girl said. She sounded drunk or something. I ordered a medium iced Chai latte with almond milk and light ice. My drink wasnt even full!! Not to mention, i paid $1 more than most other locations just because I was in Lakewood! By the appearance of the inside of the lid, it seemed as though it was full but part of it was dumped out OR they didn't realize it was light ice, made it regular ice and just scooped out the extra making it not full.

I feel bad about saying this but It’s time to put The older lady that works the drive thru lane out to pasture. She slow and consistently gets my orders wrong, and when i pointed it out she just dirty looked me and grumbled underneath her breath. The rest of the staff are great but she’s a problem! Medium iced French vanilla coffee with oat milk and sugar isn’t that difficult of an order.

Just wow I ordered nine donuts and one medium Iced coffee. The price came to $19.00 They literally shoved my donuts into a small paper bag, squished on top of each other lol When I got home, I realized it was only six donuts and half of them were ruined from being squished into a small bag. I did ask if they were out of boxes and they told me no and just said they’re not sure why they put them in a bag… So they overcharged me didn’t even give me what I ordered and simultaneously ruined the food that they did give me Well, done Duncan
