MIss ARI and DELLA are rockstars!!!! I actually moved from Florida 6yrs ago and as I walked out of the SSA building next door , I was so happy to find a Dunkin. I went through drive thru and l still get the AWESOME, FRIENDLY greeting when I go inside!! This business does not strive on the name DUNKIN DONUTS, NAH!! is the employees like these 2 young ladies and the ones working in the back and the managers, THEY are the ones that make DUNKIN DONUTS, NO , not the delicious coffee or donuts , is the workers that give face all day as they make us run on Dunkin. They face all sorts of crazy people{ is true the world is COO COO} and yet smile and give MARVELOUS customer service!!!
So, I do hope that the upper crust can read this. YOU GO GIRLS!!!

I had a very emotionally taxing day yesterday & Steven’s positive attitude completely changed my mood! His compassionate hospitality made all the difference in the world To me! Whenever we experience someone making a positive impact in our lives, we need to acknowledge that. It’s often too easy to complain and point out flaws on someone else. All the more reason I went back to this location, took the time to thank Steven, spoke with the manager & write this review. Hope everyone who works here is blessed by this review!

This is the worst location. The service sucks and it takes at least 20 mins every time I order a mobile order. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Pretty much paid over 5 dollars for a cup of ice. I have never tasted such a watery chai latte. Drink was gone in 5 sips after ice melted a good bit. 5/6 of the medium cup is filled with ice! Drinking this iced chai latte was like drinking water with a hint of chai. I really feel like I was robbed with how bad this drink was made. Most expensive flavored water I have ever purchased. At least Starbucks actually tastes like something with over priced drinks. This was overpriced and tasted hardly like anythng. Not coming back here to get ripped off again.

I've ordered multiple times from this store and every time I order they leave items out. I don't know if they can't read the receipt or the order, or they're just being lazy. This is absurd and infuriating. How many bottled drinks are on the order yet how many are in the bag? Pretty simple task.

Omg! Worse experience ever at this location. My friend and I went through drive-through yesterday. It said they were closing in 45 min. It wasn't even a last minute kind of order. The lady at drive through made us say what we want and said we are out of both coffees you want. I couldn't believe it!!! She just didn't want to be bothered to make us 2 drinks 45 min before closing! We just left and went to Westlake location where everyone was super nice! Please, please fix your attitude because this location has nothing but bad reviews and Lakewood needs a Dunkin. I will NEVER go back to this location so they lost 2 costumers just yesterday but do better in the future

Some of the absolute worst employees I’ve ever witnessed, for people who aren’t even high schoolers. So rude and they talk about you blatantly to your face. Clean house, start over.

i will say, slow service in person, but coffee will be decent. now, god forbid you have a mobile order with ANY modifications. it feels as though they have a personal vendetta against online orders. as someone who has worked in food service, i can agree it gets stressful and annoying at times, but at the end of the day, that is the job you are there to do. you make coffees for people. you make coffee for people HOW THEY ORDER them. that is the job. don’t wanna give me shiny fake smiles and pretend like you are passionate about Dunkin, that’s FINE. what you will NOT do is make snarky comments about how stupid someone’s drink is AUDIBLY IN FRONT OF YOUR CUSTOMER BTW.
management must be just as bad if this is the training they provide their workers. The location on W.117th has been doing much better lately and i VERY MUCH recommend going there, if you need to go to a Dunkin for your coffee.

This dunkin has gotten worse and worse . Almost all the staff have nasty attitude and you just hear them talking about customers and complaining about How they don’t want to be there .Sad . Why is there someone with a head scarf and a hoodie on at work and the attitude she gives off matches that dingy appearance . Order wrong and cold alway I mean always . How does coffee taste like water how is it even possible to screw up that bad . Do yourself and stop by another location there’s plenty nearby this one is not it

I’ve been coming to this location for 10 years now, and I really try to give the crew some grace because working food service is a grueling job. There are employees who routinely go above and beyond, and they truly make my experience wonderful if I come in on their shift. No employee has ever been rude to a customer in my experience, which is becoming a rare treat post-Covid.

That being said, this place has gone downhill fast. There’s a delivery pallet in the front doors taking up almost the entire area, and it’s been there for at least 2 or 3 weeks. Half the time my drink is wrong, the other half they lock the lobby doors during business hours. To their credit, the crew will fix mistakes quickly but when it’s happening so often you have to wonder where their management is? When there’s only 3 employees to run a store on a Saturday morning, I expect a manager to roll up their sleeves and help, but I’ve never seen one. As far as I can tell, there’s no one in charge, no one to organize, nothing.

Whether their management is inept or they simply don’t have any, the store owner needs to do something. Frankly, I’d be embarrassed to own that place and let it be mismanaged the way it is.
