Can't make the same drink the same way ever.... I give up here. The last time, coffee tasted like the machine needed to be cleaned ? it's ashame I used to love this place. Westlake is my recommendation now for dunkin.

The staff at this Duncan are always friendly and welcoming. I used to stop and buy 2 dozen mixed donuts for the staff where I get my hair cut. I went last week and 2 dozen cost $30 so there will be no more donut buying from Duncan anymore.

They never give a receipt. My food is always cold. Today I went there no receipt cold food. I went thru drive thru and saw the person in front of me got $2 off a sandwich so I ordered that sandwich and what do you know I’m not worthy of said discount. I would have done a survey but like I said no receipt

THE BEST DUNKIN EVER. I prefer to go to this location over any other location. Kelly is so nice and so is Peter. I had a minor issue and he kindly helped me. This location is always clean.

I went to this location today at 6:50pm because it stated that it closed at 7pm. And it was already closed I seen the workers one just ignored me and second one was giving me a signal that they were closed. He then went to the drive-thru window to ask me what I had said. I informed him that on the site it states that they closed at 7pm. He proceeded to tell me that yeah they always close early and everything was being cleaned up. I had no choice but to give one star in order for this to post. So I drove to the DD on West 117th & Franklin where they provided great Customer Service with a cup of coffee.

First time in a DD in over 10 yrs ordered a coolotta have been seeing them and thought why not told the lady at the counter and wanted something strawberry, she said she could make a cosmic with strawberry swirled in. Not what was made and tastes like medicine needless to same not going

Wonderful experience. It was my first ever time at this Dunkin, and it was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and everything came out super quickly and tasted extremely good. I will be coming back.Parking: Plenty of parking on the street in front of the store, and plenty in the parking lot.
