This is a franchised owned Dunkin. They will nickel and dime you on every little thing. I ordered a standard iced coffee with 4 mocha and got charged an additional fee for the mocha. The manager was a very prideful and pompous young Indian guy who updated me that he owns all of the Dunkins in North East Ohio 🙄. He then relented and updated that he actually doesn't own them in North East Ohio and I was charged the additional fee for the mocha... smh...

I always order the same thing at DD - donut, iced tea and bagel sandwich. At this location my order cost $2.78 more than the DD by my house and by my job. A 50 cent charge for less ice or a $1 charge for no ice is ridiculous. NOWHERE else charges for less or no ice. I'm ordering a drink - not a cup of ice!!! If I don't want any ice in that drink, you shouldn't be able to charge me more for not giving me something that's not the main thing I'm ordering. It's like charging someone .50 because the say no pickles on their cheeseburger. Ridiculous!! Then the iced tea (without the .50 less ice charge) was $1 more and the bagel sandwich was about $1.50 more. I will not be back to this DD location. (And the bagel was like a dry rock.) The person at the drive thru was amazing-the bright light in my stop.

I come here every Wednesday around 4 pm and the service is really good but they always make my order wrong. This is the second time I ordered the meal deal, and the croissant tasted bad and old, I only ate half of it. The coffee also wrong, I ask for wipe cream and caramel drizzle, and they add it as a flavor.

The employees are usually nice but they have no idea how to make a caramel machiato or they just don't feel like taking the time to do it right. It's very irritating to pay extra for a specialty drink just to get an iced coffee that tastes like booty. I should have learned my lesson by now and saved my money as this has happened the past four times I've been there.

I take the bus. I don't drive. How in the world am I supposed to walk into a lobby when it says drive-thru only ?Oh, that means I guess I have to go to the one further up the street near at Triskett Road and West 117th in the old White Castle building.Lesson learned. I understand that the problem is in the lobby is closed is because the West 117th rapid has been closed most recently and all those people are probably hanging around up and down the street that were literally living there.

This is the worst
Dunkin' donut on the west side. They have a dining room, but don't allow anyone to come in. Plus, they always seem to have very nasty attitudes.

Not sure why nobody in the drive thru line moves for a full 10minutes.
The slowest store around

‘Extra’ cream cheese. Notice the scrape marks trying to salvage the edges so I have at least 100% coverage. Bagels are a vessel for cream cheese and on top of it, overbaked. Love DD, hated this bagel

On April 20th, I ordered two dozen donuts, a coffee, and a bagel. The store was so busy that not only was my food not ready when I arrived, I was told to pull into the drive through line to get my food. However, because the service was so slow, the line was literally dumping out onto W. 117th, and I was trapped in the parking lot.

All of this would've been a simple accident or fixed had the company actually returned my money. But it is now almost a month later, and despite two phone calls from the store owner assuring me that I would receive a refund through the app and multiple e-mails back and forth through the app and website, I still have not received a refund.

Do not eat at this Dunkin Donuts. They do not care about customers nor do they care about fixing their mistakes.
