Ordered the $6 deal and everything was great until I bit into my bagel and it was drier than a dessert….. who wants to eat a dry bagel I’m confused! Shouldn’t it have butter smear automatically!!!! Couldn’t even eat it made me sad. I haven’t gotten Dunkin in a while and will continue to stay away

The manager was absolutely wonderful. They were out of spider donuts at every Duncan location. I have tried for hours and got through to her and she saved five of them for me. I think that was the nicest thing that she could do. This was a great restaurant. great employee employees wonderful people thank you so much. Keep up the good work.-heather❤️

I order a large caramel latte with an extra shot and an extra sugar and I get something that tastes like sugar water you can't taste a hint of coffee you really can't taste the caramel it literally tastes like watered down milk water and on top of that I waited in line for 17 minutes with two cars in front of me in the line that's it absolutely insane I knew better than to go there and I went there anyway and wasted $7 on a drink just just absolutely depressing I just totally do not understand

I had an excellent experience at this Dunkin’ location today. I accidentally submitted a mobile order to the wrong store but showed up here by mistake. Despite the mix-up and the fact that they were extremely busy with a long line the staff went above and beyond to help me.

The manager was especially accommodating, and the entire team was professional, kind, and efficient. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. I truly appreciate their outstanding service and would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for making my day!

So angry! I ordered 4 donuts and 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants. I get home and one of my croissants was missing the sausage. How do you forget to put the meat on the sandwich but charged me for it. I called and they aren’t picking up the phone.

I come here almost every week. To my surprise, I ordered a cold drink with light ice and they charged me .50 more. I question it, the cashier at the window said that is what the charge is for. I told them i didn't ask for NO ice but light ice due to the drink being too cold, I get a brain freeze. What do you think of something like this?
