Me and my boyfriend ordered two large cold brews with cream. The lady ringing us up forgot to add cream onto the screen after we ordered so we told her before we pulled to the window. We proceeded to the window and our drinks still did not have cream in them so we asked her to add some. They literally put so much in our drinks that we just ended up throwing them away. Very disappointed

I had a ver bad experience at the location up the street in Cleveland and I now come to this location I should have to begin with! The coffee is great but it’s even better when it’s handed to you with kindness and a smile!

Called this location Becaus I Placed an online order, but got caught up at work and wasn’t able to make it after 2 hours. Called and asked if they would remake it (didn’t mind paying again) told me that they wouldn’t. And when asked if I could get my money back, I was rudely told no and I must file a complaint online. Just one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an establishment
