Had an igloo experience for Galentine's day. Service was slow which was disappointing but the food was delicious, I had the perch and pierogi dinner which was a lent special. Would go back!

We chose Georgetown/Vosh in Lakewood to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish.

We ordered both regular calamari and a gluten-free version. The wrong (regular) calamari was brought to the table first. After sending it back, the replacement gluten-free calamari arrived cold, flavorless, and honestly awful. We sent that back as well, and even the waitress commented that she wouldn’t eat it. Despite this, the calamari was never removed from our bill.

The fish fry entrée was just as disappointing — the fish itself was underwhelming and the French fries were cold. I also ordered a martini called the “Vosh,” which tasted like straight orange juice rather than a balanced cocktail.

What should have been a special birthday celebration turned into a frustrating and overpriced evening. Between the poor food quality, service mistakes, and lack of resolution on the bill, the experience felt very overrated. Sadly, we will not be returning.

I didn't get the chance to give this feedback in person because others were already complaining about their food. However, on Valentine's Day my partner and I were seated in what I assume was overflow seating in a banquet room. The vibes were comical, a stark white room under bright lighting with a singular Bluetooth speaker on one wall playing music with too much tenor at a volume that was too loud. I appreciate a restaurant trying to accommodate people on holidays but the overflow room was a poorly thought out idea. And the food was some of the most poorly flavored (bland) and prepared (soggy pizza dough) I've had at any restaurant, ever. I can honestly say that this Valentine's Day is one that I'll look back on and laugh because of how comical this experience was. I understand that some nights are not good in this industry but I see from other reviews that my experience was not unique.

Renee (hopefully I spelled her name right) - The office manager is an absolute gem of a human being. Very accommodating and kind. She moved our reservation around without hesitation. 10/10!

I’m sorry to do this because our waiter was so so nice! But unfortunately our time spent at this restaurant was horrible. First - I wanted to surprise my partner with our one year anniversary in one of the special igloos that Vosh offers (it was a two week wait for it), but when we entered the igloo it smelt like - and I’m not even joking - dirty cooch.

We asked to be seated indoors coz the smell was so pungent.

My next bad experience was just simply the food. I’m sorry but everything we ordered was saturated in oil, unseasoned and just not quality food. I left with a sore belly after it.

I will say tho - after everything my partner and I went through our waiter offered a free dessert which was super yummy - a brownie with whipped cream.

Not worth 100+ $ however and very disappointed our one year anniversary experience.

Went here for the snowglobe experience during the holidays. It was a cute area where we got seasonal drinks and some good bites. The apps came out a little cold but our entrees were all amazing, i got the short rib and would order that again definitely. Service was good

Food was blah. About at the same level as Applebee’s. Disappointed considering I thought this was an upscale restaurant. I had the chicken piccata. It’s not that it tasted bad. It just wasn’t special.

We had to wait 15 minutes for the waiter to appear. That was best service we received for the night. Food came out in three separate sections, 5 to 8 minutes in between. By the time the last meal arrived at the table the first meal was cold. The waiter said that the manager would come over to speak with us (we did not request him). He never came over. They added 20 percent gratitude, I assume because they knew the service was so bad.

The food was mediocre at best. Guinness served in a can and a warm glass. Service is OK.. If you want to be served in a timely manner don't sit in the back of the restaurant and being 5 friends with you. Orders mixed up / plates passed around / later to discover the bartender was new and overwhelmed while having issues with the co2 ( explained flat cocktails ) that my 5 friends were attempting to enjoy. Seems like some training needs to happen all around to right this ship because it is a great space in the heart of Lakewood and people have choices when they feel annoyed at something that is easily correctable

Very expensive for what you get. Food was ok, but not worth the price. Service was slow. The cherry on top was automatically added 20% gratuity. Could have spent a quarter of the money at a burger joint for food more than half as good. Ambience was not bad though. Also tight parking lot if you drive an old school OBS truck (which everyone should).

We made reservations via phone for Christmas Eve, about 1 month in advance. They scheduled and later confirmed our reservation. Today, via text they let us know that our reservations were cancelled with no explanation. We called and spoke to the manager who claimed the person who initially took our reservation was mistaken and that they are closed on Christmas Eve. We are deeply disappointed with this restaurant’s customer service, as we now have to change our plans at a much later date, which is hard to do during the holiday season.

Ambiance is the only thing holding this place together. The food leaves EVERYTHING to be desired. The chef needs to be fired and they need to revamp their whole menu. The short rib sliders tasted like nothing. The stuffed “banana” peppers were full of seeds and were clearly frozen given the water covered plate as we sliced into it. Palate was BLOWN OUT. The meatballs came out cold like they had been sitting there. Straight out of a chef boyardee can. Staff members were on their phones not tending to us when they had only 2 tables on Saturday. The only saving graces were the location (impeccable) and the cocktails. This restaurant needs help. If they fix their menu and their overpriced, crap food, this place will be unmatched.
