So happy I tried this place! What a friendly man. The chicken shawarma rice bowl was fantastic; it’s such a generous portion that it became 2 meals for me. The garlic sauce was awesome ?? I like that there’s grocery items too. There’s only 2 tables in this small room. See you again soon!

I got the shawarma, hummus, and falafel; all were fantastic. The shawarma over (awesome) rice came w tum (garlic) and hot sauce and was soooo flavorful. The falafel was tasty: crunchy on the outside but really light on the inside. The hummus was great, I mixed and for the Kalamata and regular and both were great. And all of that for $10 a person.

If you are looking for affordable, delicious middle eastern cuisine around Lakewood, I cannot recommend Jana's more. I got their chicken shawarma wrap and baklava, and it was some of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be back.

Everything is honest to goodness here. Their lentil soup is one of the best I have ever had. Thick, creamy and richly flavorful. Humus is home made and they have creative varieties such as banana pepper humus. Pickled radish and cabbage rolls were also exceptional. I recommend it highly.

Very disappointed! For an apparently authentic Middle Eastern shop, I can't believe they would leave tzatini sauce from the Gyro-- I mean even Arby's adds it. When I placed my order, he asked me if I wanted everything on it only to find no Saul,B ,but sauce was missing so gyro was very dry.lesson learned, you have to ask for sauce
A hidden gem! The food was amazing!! The grape leaves were some of the best I’ve ever had!! The chicken schwarma bowl was absolutely delicious!! Will make sure to come back to this place time and time again!!

I love Mediterranean food and saw that Jana's was delivering. I've never been in-person, but when Steven V. described them as "unassuming" I knew I had to try. I love hidden gems, especially the ones that are more unassuming and might fly under the radar. We ordered the stuffed grape leaves, falafel rice bowl and chicken shawarma with hummus for delivery. The grape leaves were 100% my favorite part! They arrived still warm and had a soft, zesty melt-in-your-mouth lemon flavor. I will definitely get these again! Thinking about them right now, actually... The chicken shawarma had tasty chicken but the dish was served up a little too wet for me. No problem, I'll get something else next time. I took a bite of the falafel rice bowl and loved it! The rice was so oddly satisfying. Order the dish with pickles because it gives it a juicy, sour crunch that's delicious! Overall, we'd totally order from here again and keep trying different things on the menu. The prices are very affordable...and Mediterranean food is so healthy, what's not to love!
