I ate from here on back to back day because the Pastrami Sandwich was just that good! The first day I got the Chipotle Mayo one and the classic with mustard on the second day. Awesome sandwiches and I pray they are not a limited time deal. They deserve to make it on the permanent menu. Great job Jimmy Johns.

Grabbed an Italian today. One of the best subs I've had in a long time.

OMFG.....My First time at J Mike's and they blow me out of the water!! ABSOLUTELY wonderful my Italian was great and my parents Ham & Prov was good. I live in Oberlin and have wanted to try for a while and did not upset me at all exceeded my expectations. Thanks to the staff at the Lakewood store and to owner your Staff and Manager are awesome 5 stars.... oh need one in Amherst and Elyria.... lol again thank u

Tried to fix delivery address issue from app. Manager was completely combative about the issue. App is completely useless unless you are ordering manager stayed the course on being useless. Wish this store never opened.

Was in town visiting family and stopped by. There was a woman in front of us who ordered a mushroom sub, and when the employee gave her the sub she went on and made A HUGE fuss that it wasnt what she ordered. The employee handled it AMAZINGLY well and told her that 1. he had made the sandwich she ordered and 2. She could choose another sandwich.

She left in a huff and i ordered my food and got the same mushroom sandwich just to spite her and damn that was delicious. 10/10 would visit again. Clean, friendly, and so professional.

Yesterday, I arrived to Jersey mikes around 6 ish with my husband. We both ordered two wraps and I’m happy to say that this is probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in customer service, there were three people behind the counter ready with smiles. The guy with the blue hat that was slicing the meat was very nice and talkative, as well as the short girl next to him with glasses, she was very talkative as well and had the biggest smile ever which felt welcoming and comforting, along with another taller man who was right next to her also engaging with a smile helping her wrap some bacon. I will be coming again and hope to see these welcoming people again! 10/10!

We walked in to order. While in line, we noticed the young man who was making the food, and moving slowly. His bottom lip was hanging wide open, and there was visible drool around his lip and unfortunately a large amount of mucus hanging out of his nose. All the other employees stood around, and I don't know how you couldn't notice this, or how management missed informing staff of basic hygienic practices when preparing food. We were so grossed out, that we immediately walked out before he got to our sandwiches. It was not a pleasant experience before we were about to eat.

The Jersey Mike’s here is pretty awesome. It’s nice finally not having to travel all the way to Rocky River to get some good food. I’ve always liked Jersey Mike’s, and I’d argue that they’re the best sub shop ever. It’s just about time that Lakewood finally got one in their city. My one tidbit with the store, which isn’t even a big deal, is just how small it is. There’s only one table to sit down at in the entire store, so you may not be able to sit down and eat if that’s what you wanna do. Obviously though, that’s not a big deal. Everybody who works here is super nice and super friendly, and it’s always a pleasurable experience every time I stop by.

Parking: There’s street parking directly in front of the store, and near it. However, those spots may be taken up already. There are some side roads as well that you can park on
