Placed a delivery order online, half my order was missing. I called the store, they said they’d send it back out. It took almost 40 minutes and another call, where they said they’d said the driver would be there any minute and they were to drop the missing sandwiches off first before any other orders. Cue waiting 15 more minutes, no knock, only reason I knew it was out there was because the driver loudly slammed it into the door. Food that came on time was good but the missing sandwiches had definitely been sitting out for a while.

A few weeks ago I went to pick up my order about 30 minutes after ordering, and when I got there they still had not started my order. When the manager while doing dishes over an hour before close finally asked the employee to finish the order, the employee stood on his phone in the middle of the floor while I waited continued to wait for my order. I ordered again today and got a beach club, add bacon. I did not get any cheese, avocado spread, or turkey on my sandwich, only bacon and some lacking toppings. I paid with tip almost $20 for my meal and they couldn't include most of it. Will not be coming to this location again - it's a bummer because I love Jimmy johns but it's no longer convenient with this lacking location.

This is sad. Jimmy John’s in Lakewood used to be my jam. Now, I just paid $20 for a combo (that includes combo, delivery fee and tip). Sandwich isn’t cut in half, no napkins, no Mayo packets (why ask if I want this if you won’t include?) and they delivered to the front when I said to go to the side. Delivery took over one hour long. Get it together.

I've ordered from here for years! Never again! They deliver my order to the wrong address, then continue to be rude and void my order, instead of getting to the issue and rectifying. The so called general manager is completely unprofessional and should be fired immediately. He has no service stills whatsoever. His answer is to void orders, instead of figuring out where my order went. I've called and reported the incident to corporate. I hope they take the appropriate measures. This business will not last with people like this.

Good subs, but sometimes they are better than others depending on who makes them. Also despite living close by delivery is not always fast. But as far as subs go they are fine and when I don't want to think about dinner it does the job.

They have messed up my order every time, also has cancelled my orders while they have a third party delivery system since they don’t have drivers. This past time they literally gave me 3 pieces of turkey and 3 slices of onion for the beach club…look at those ingredients…plus the bread was dark brown. This location should shut down.
My sandwich had one slice of rolled meat on each half. Pretty much just paid to eat bread. Waste of money, the other Jimmy Johns I go to is so much better.

Reason im rating them a 2 out of 5 is due to me getting food poisoning from the sandwhich i ate. Idk if the meats that were on my dandwhich were expired, but after i ate half the sandwhich i got bad stomach cramps 30 mins after i got home. I didnt think anything of it, but then the diarrhea has been hitting me since i went to bed last night and in to today. Im sorry for tmi info but i wont be eating from them again. Ive had bad cramps all last night into this morninng. And its not fun:

I figured I would go to Jimmy John's in Lakewood because that location is seemed all the better because it's not in a gun violence neighborhood. And the truth is it doesn't matter where you go. It's about the service. And this service sucked. It doesn't matter what I say on this review because the final outcome is going to be the same you guys are going to continue to do what you're doing. There is no point in venting about. this. Hopefully you can remain in business and keep going otherwise you're going to fold and clothes cuz you're in a very bad location. On top of your reviews why would I want to recommend anything when the service was bad in the first place.

Do a side by side of the Cubano and tell me this is not false advertising. My gf literally laughed at my sandwich because it was so small and she gave me some of her meat off her sandwich to compensate. 3 thin slices of ham and seemingly more mayo than meat on this sandwich, when an advertised photo depicts a very full, great looking sandwich... hardly what was received. I tried returning it BEFORE I took a bite after commenting on the shortage of meat. The workers here do not know what customer service is and denied my request to return it for another sub. The manager said the GM portions ALL of the meat for the store and he doesn't know the portion size, so if this is in fact the amount they give, this is ABSOLUTELY FALSE ADVERTISING.
I've worked the industry for over 20 years and know this was terrible service, terrible food portions.
