Italian Night Club was delicious! The staff were exceptionally helpful with placing my order via phone call. Delivery was prompt, and the driver was very courteous. My only regret was not taking a photo to upload.

THEY ARE NOT FREAKY FAST - DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY unless you want to wait HOURS for your food. We have gotten burned so many times now and should have learned our lesson... but today we ordered our food (2 subs) at 5:47PM and it is now 8:07PM... we still haven't received our food. We called the store at 7:10PM and they said they were out for delivery with our food. We live like 1/2 a mile a way (I know we're lazy for not picking up ourselves, but thats besides the point) and I am sure they drop off more than one order at a time -- but even so, Lakewood is only so big.DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE.PSA - I've worked in customer service and I know these things can happen sometimes, and generally its not a big deal, usually nothing to write a review about. However, this happens every time we have order delivery from here within the past year and a half, it's not a one-off.Update 8:24pm - called again and they said our food was already delivered... it was NOT. I asked for a refund and gave up all hope of getting our food. 3 hours waiting, what a waste????We will not be ordering from Jimmy John's anymore ? even though I love a Turkey Tom. RIP TOM you will be missed.

Went to the one in Lakewood at 846pm and doors were locked. I would never do to a sit downI usually never complain either but literally it would take 3 minutes to make a sub sandwich so they should not be closed early restaurant right before closing but to grab a quick a sub , they shouldn't be allowed to close that early. They had enough employees standing in there that they were not short staffed.

This location just sucks, I have tried it several times because I do love Jimmy John's but this location is a problem idk why, they always f up, either it's not delivered for over an hour or the order is wrong, one time they left the drinks like right in front of my door so i had no choice but to knock them over.. tried it again today and they delivered to the wrong street.. I give up!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst Jimmy John’s ever. A few weeks ago, we went in at like 8:45 and they were all angry at us for coming 15 minutes before close. When we went to leave they said “just so you know, we close at 9pm.” Like what?! Then today we tried again because we give second chances but we won’t be back. We ordered a #16 and they gave us some makeshift roast beef sandwich that’s not even on the menu. So we had to go back to the store in which they messed up the order AGAIN. These people that are working here are rude, lazy, and inconsiderate. We will never go back nor recommend this location. Will be calling corporate tomorrow because my boyfriend worked at a Jimmy John’s for 6 years and knows that it’s the easiest job there is.

I placed an online delivery order at 4:55. Unfortunately, it is now 7:25 with no response from this location. It says on the app that they received my order. I tried calling the store, but I literally couldn’t get a hold of anyone! It just keeps ringing until the phone disconnects. At this point I would just like to be able to cancel my order.:( I’m hungry, pregnant, and relatively poor so this was going to be a once in a blue moon takeout night for us. I’m just really disappointed!
Ordered for delivery because you hear how freaky fast their delivery is. Order almost 50 minutes ago so I called to check on the order. They said the order was already made just waiting on a delivery driver. So my food was just sitting their getting soggy. They didn't even care to remedy this. Just asked for a refund.
