Just overall terrible. Dirty. They completely mess up the order all the time and then when you want them to fix it they want you to loop back through the drive thru. Terrible customer service.

I specifically came to this location for the hotwings because of the other reviews and when I say I was pleased they actually have more flavors other than the honey bbq. Mikes hot honey & Nashville hot! One flavor down 2 more to go!!!! I’ll be returning very soon.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Ordered a famous bowl was given no chicken had to travel back to get it replaced, staff acted like I inconvenienced them to do the job correctly! Horrible experience

I ordered food for 50 people which included 100 pieces of chicken, plus mac & cheese and mashed potato sides. Everything was perfect--the food was ready on time, and tasted great. The managers Erica and Dana were very helpful and got everything right! Thanks!
My complaint is about the KFC on 117th and Lakewood ..The food was only fair,. .. I rarely go there, mainly because the service is so bad. The people running the front counter also run the drive-thru and the back area... each time I've gone I've had to spend at least 5 to 10 minutes before someone even comes to the counter, even though they look at me and know I'm there... not even an acknowledgment, they just casually stand by the drive-thru window waiting for the next car ...

I always come in the morning and I just love how friendly the staffs are, also they are very funny people they cracks me up every time here. But the food was GREAT!! Served to me hot with fast service. Good job guys
