order placed online thru website for pickup - stated order would be ready at 10:05-10:10am. upon arrival at the store at 10:07am they did not follow store hours as lobby was still closed. I knocked on the door and she opened the door and the floor supervisor at the time ( Fernando Perez ) states they have a problem and food wont be ready for another 45mins or so. I asked him for a refund and he stated that he could not give me a refund because i did not have receipt and that i have to do it thru the phone application.. I told him I didn't do it thru the application, I did it thru the computer website as a guest ( unable for refund ) horrible communication and customer service ( floor manager did not even seem to care or offer any other solution. did not even have notice on door to advise customers. store address is 7360 SW 117th AVE ( store #116 ) stay away from this store had to call bank to dispute transaction just to retrieve money back for order.

The workers here didn't seem to want to do their job. I have been getting the same thing at KFC for more than 30 years. I always ask for my crispy strips fresh and they make me feel like I'm putting them out. I haven't been back in almost a year for myself because the last two times my order was wrong and missing items. I think if I'm spending $15 or more on a meal, I should be able to have it the way I want it. I would not recommend this KFC. Especially if you want your food fresh and made correctly.

The facility was clean the crew was young. But KFC has lost its ingredients. The problem is questionable but somewhere that has changed.

THIS KFC DESERVES NO STAR MY SECOND TIME THERE I WENT IN THIS TIME I CHECKED MY FOOD AND THE CHICKEN WAS DARK AND GREASY (AS IT WAS THE FIRST TIME DISGUISTING DID NOT TASTE LIKE KFC AT ALL DIRTY OIL) THEY DO NOT CHANGE THEIR OIL HERE THE STAFF IS LIKE WHO CARES. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE THE FOOD BACK NO REFUNDS A KIND MAN ASKED HOW MUCH DID I PAY AND GAVE ME THE MONEY I WOULD NEVER EAT HERE. THEY SHOULD HIRE NEW STAFF WHO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. THE ONLY PERSON I DID NOT FIND LAZY WAS THE CASHIER WORKING THE DRIVE THRU AND THE FRONT.

KFC robbed me of $85 with their online ordering. After telling me they won't deliver to my home 1 mile from the store location- I had no means to cancel the $85 order.

I called the 800 number, "not open" says the recording.

I called the store. "We cannot cancel orders from the store and we cannot refund you"

KFC emailed me after I contacted their web chat for feedback. That was 10 days ago...now they no longer care since they have my money.

KFC...you robbed me behind the vail of your online ordering process and refuse to care that you took a customer's money...then provided no way of providing the goods.

REFUND ME KFC.
This is awful.

Ordered 3 meals. Workers didn't know how to do their jobs correctly. Continuing to ask us to repeat what we said. Then not even ringing up the order right. Instead of ringing it up as a meal they rang everything up seperate and cost me 70$ for FAST FOOD. We called asked to speak to the manager and were told no. Y'all want KFC? Don't go here. Go to a better one because this ain't it. They'll ring up your order wrong and won't even refund you for the money they scammed you out of.
