I ordered food for 50 people which included 100 pieces of chicken, plus mac & cheese and mashed potato sides. Everything was perfect--the food was ready on time, and tasted great. The managers Erica and Dana were very helpful and got everything right! Thanks!

My complaint is about the KFC on 117th and Lakewood ..The food was only fair,. .. I rarely go there, mainly because the service is so bad. The people running the front counter also run the drive-thru and the back area... each time I've gone I've had to spend at least 5 to 10 minutes before someone even comes to the counter, even though they look at me and know I'm there... not even an acknowledgment, they just casually stand by the drive-thru window waiting for the next car ...

I always come in the morning and I just love how friendly the staffs are, also they are very funny people they cracks me up every time here. But the food was GREAT!! Served to me hot with fast service. Good job guys

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to, consistently as well. I've ordered over $50 of food through the app and received maybe $10 of food if that in randomly thrown in cold ingredients even though my house is a few minutes drive and I tipped 30%. I then went to the drive through to reorder my food and they messed it all up again and refused to make it right. Everyone I know who has ordered here has had something bad to say

I've gone 3 times now and each time something different was wrong. First time I ordered the 4 piece wing dinner with 2 sides. They gave me 2 sides of mashed potatoes when I asked for Mac and cheese. And the chicken was literally tiny even a toddler would still be hungry. 2nd time the food was cold amd the chicken was super slimy like it wasn't even done. 3rd time I just threw the food away and gave up. Never going back to this location.

Showed up a half hour before close, all the lights were on, including the sign and drive thru, but they refused to take our order, telling us they were only open for Door Dash. Seriously? I guess the customers online are more important to KFC than the customers at the counter. Thankfully, Rally's was happy to take our business, no apps required.
