So this place is going to take a long time even with no order or cars in front of you if you go thru the drive thru probably true if you go inside also looking at a 30 min wait for normal items 45 mins for pot pies or a special item there very very slow they also mess up orders I've been there a lot and Everytime they mess my order up.

I give 3 stars due to the lack of good service. The quality of food I received at this visit was poor. I ordered the $20 6pc ckn and add 2 thighs to the order, they claimed the didn't have the 2 extra but would in 16 mins if I wanted to wait, I did wait. I also expressed that all my ckn should be freshly dropped as well, they said they would at that was a lie. Freshly dropped ckn should still be crunchy when you get home, because you lived 5 mins away. Yes, there is condensation but not long enough to make the skin on freshly dropped ckn soggy and mushy! I've worked in ckn joints before I know all about condensation and fried ckn.

I ordered delivery from KFC and I never received the right order. When I tried to contact them, they refused to help at all suggesting "what do you want us to do" when i asked to give us the correct food they refused. They said to come pick it up and we had to keep telling them we have no means to hence why we ordered delivery. After the person would not help us in any way i asked for his name and corporate number he hung up. I have never been so disrespected. I will not be visiting there again. Absolutely horrible service.

Above and beyond service! When my takeout order went wrong( to no fault of their own) and I explained I’d have to go wait outside because I was traveling with my dogs at night , they offered to bring my order out to my car! Their service went above and beyond and I was grateful to be able to keep an eye on my dogs in the backseat.

I’ve always loved kfc! Thought I would try their new 2/ $5 wraps. Ordered one spicy slaw & one mac&chz. Both were labeled spicy slaw. Went back through the drive thru to get the macnchz. When I handed the one I hadn’t taken a bite from to the person at the drive through, I was told I was wrong and they had the order right. The girl at the window opened the wrap, wrapper, tortilla, etc with her bare hands & said “see, it’s right!, we just put the wrong sticker on it.” She then tried to give it back to me. I’d just handed her money & im guessing she’d taken other money recently so I was not going to eat what her bare hands just fondled. I asked for a business card, was told they “don’t do that”. I called customer service & they took my report & told me to have a good day. I was offered a refund from the restaurant but I just wanted unfondled food. Neither the restaurant location nor customer service resolved the situation. The girls at the restaurant were more concerned with not being wrong & customer service just typed my words - no resolution from either! I expected so much more from a restaurant I’ve loved for a long time ???
