I clearly was mistaken for someone else so I was treated like a piece of garbage. Something about founders day beer something. Ya not me or my friends. Your staff is awful and the 25% auto grat is absurd. When I questioned the autograt I was told it was their policy. That's fine but I asked to see where it was stated. I was rudely shown it on a menu they NEVER gave us because it was burger night. I was also accused of not giving them a headcount when I arrived. Which was a lie. I told them there would be 8-10 of us total. From the moment I walked in they were rude to me. I waited 15 minutes for the so called server to come over and take my drink order! It was not busy at all at the time either. Hopefully this was just a one off and they don't typically treat their customers this poorly.

Hit up a mid-week happy hour. The cocktails were solid - both for happy hour and after. The food was exceptional too, especially the burger.Staff/bartenders were very friendly and helpful and the vibe was laid back. We felt welcomed. 10/10 - will be returning.

The bartenders usually treat you like they are doing you a favor by paying you any attention. However, the food and drinks are great! I don't recommend the corner table by the bathrooms, as it is very loud.They always have great music playing, and it's a great atmosphere.

Sarah and Brandon at the bar were awesome.. I walked in as they were opening and they multitasked their opening duties with taking care of me. Cory in the kitchen was immediately able to get my food out, even tho it was 10 minutes after they opened. Great crew that spoke highly of the ownership! What a wonderful change from the typical bar experience. I have bartended earlier in life and have built bars later... I will definitely be back!

Visited with some friends positive experience overall. The atmosphere is nice and they have cool decor. The drinks tasted awesome, I loved the variety and different combinations I've never tried before. The drinks are I'd say on average around $13+ but really worth it, you won't be disappointed! If you've never been you should definitely check it out!Parking: It's in lakewood so parking can be annoying if you have to park in the streets

The staff are the kindest, most lovely people you'll meet. When you go to LBM be ready to have the best bar experience ever. The food is absolutely top notch, the drinks are well balanced. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you visited Cleveland and didn't go to LBM.Dietary restrictions: They're very good about being sensitive to food allergies.
