The person that takes my order listens to me and understands me when I talk cause I have a speech impairment Didn't make me feel like I was hard to understand. The driver is always friendly when he comes to my door. Prices are reasonable. The staff knows how to treat people with disabilities And makes you feel like a person. Thank you marco's Kathy Visnosky. The food is the best pizza ever. Even my friends enjoy it.

Placed my order over the phone and when I arrived to the store, the order was nowhere to be found. After repeating the 1 pizza that was ordered, they got to work making it. The pizza came out completely incorrect. After clarifying the order once again, it was still made wrong. The worker knew the toppings were incorrect yet still had the audacity to hand me the 2nd pizza made wrong. After waiting for 30 minutes past the pick up time. He refused to give me a refund for my order and did nothing to rectify the situation, in fact only argued with a customer. This was such a poor experience and I will never be back. Get it together.

My go to in Lakewood for chain pizza. They do good work for the local schools too.
This used to be my go-to pizza place, but since ownership changed, it's become simply dreadful. Not only has the quality fallen off a cliff, but they now refuse to honor the prices corporate advertises on the website and in the app. They advertise unlimited large 1-topping carryout pizzas for $8.99, but when you go to check out, the price changes to $9.99. I called to ask what was going on and the very rude owner said I needed to call corporate to complain and that he could set the prices however he pleased. This is not the first time this man has been exceedingly rude and I will never eat there again.

Ordered Marcos for dinner tonight pizza was cold way to much pizza sauce on pizza and barely no cheese and the cheesey bread was not fully cooked i will never order from marcos again!!
Ordered food at 9:28 at 10:45 still no food, i called and called no answer so I drove there to find out was going on. The guy said he sent it out, but we never got it. 33.00 on my credit card

Please do not pick up any double DD or UE orders here because they will mix them up, don't label them individually, and have items missing. On top of that, they won't even take responsibility for their error. One and done with this place. Never again.
