I’m not exactly sure what is so challenging about a drive through that causes piles of cars to sit there and drive away after 45 minutes of not receiving food they already payed for. I’ve never seen people lack basic capabilities to the point its embarrassing.

I went for a grinch meal, staff very nice told me they were sold out.They told me they sold 3 million don't think that was in lakewood. They have two drivethru boys but the one is for online app orders only so by the time u get to the window you can't order. So I left in search of a grinch meal.

The guy taking the orders tonight was dumb he told me they didn’t have an item that i got a few minutes prior for my friend in the car and then messed up all my food because he kept putting the orders in wrong! Usually I have good service here but tonight that guy messed up their whole system!

Every time I come here no matter how small my order I get parked because they're worried about their drive-thru time but not the customer experience it's really become pathetic here I probably just not going to come back anymore.... Sad, definitely not fast food.

The male manager this morning really needs to read the room. Ya never know who’s watching and listening. Being a jerk to your employees is the worst way to boost morale. Talking down to the elderly ladies working there shows how you made it nowhere in life and take it out on other people. I won’t be back.

Ordered hotcakes 2 breakfeast burritos and egg mcmuffin only the hotcakes was in there why would u put it on 2 different receipts instead of all one order this mcdonalds is slow
I would say I usually have a good experience at this McDonald's. Not this time. First of all it was 10:45 on Saturday so I decided to order breakfast through the app to make sure I could still get it. I get to the restaurant at 10:55 and proceeded to wait 15 minutes at the counter until someone helped me. Then the manager was UNBELIEVELY RUDE AND SHORT WITH ME. Said my order was canceled because they don't start it until I get to the store. I placed this order ahead of time to avoid that issue and if someone actually would've helped me at the counter while I was waiting 15 minutes I would've been able to get my food. The workers were dancing and playing around while I was staring at them to come help me out. They need a better run establishments and DEFINITLEY A BETTER MANAGER. Proceeded to tell me breakfast is over and nothing they can do about it. Cmon it's 11:05 I think you can make me a McMuffin without too much of a hassle. Saturday morning was effectively ruined. Go to the Starbucks on Clifton for breakfast sandwiches. Their staff is professional and kind EVERY TIME.

I visited the establishment at 3:22 a.m. people working were unresponsive upon my meal request. I asked if food would be made hot and received no response. After a 60 to 90 seconds I figured it was a bit much for them to handle. Luckily and surprisingly, after I explained my problem, Rally's was fast and accommodating to my desire. Glad to see that there are still restaurants willing to make sure you get your money's worth.
