I visited the establishment at 3:22 a.m. people working were unresponsive upon my meal request. I asked if food would be made hot and received no response. After a 60 to 90 seconds I figured it was a bit much for them to handle. Luckily and surprisingly, after I explained my problem, Rally's was fast and accommodating to my desire. Glad to see that there are still restaurants willing to make sure you get your money's worth.

I don't expect much from mcdonald's, but my experience this morning was absolutely ridiculous I waited 15 mins for my order I was the only customer there, no one in the parking lot. No one in the restaurant. What a bunch of immature kids working i asked for a refund, did not want my food. And uh, all they did was laugh. Manager came with my refund. It was the wrong order that he refunded SMH just a bunch of fools working that whole crew needs to be fired

When ordering here, talk to these people like idiots they are. They never know how to make food correctly. Put exactly three pieces of shredded cheese on my food. You’re telling me, you couldn’t do a pinch of cheese so I could taste it? They really pulled out three pieces of shredded cheese and said, “Ah. We did it yall.”

No matter what time of day, busy or not, anytime you order something you’re told to pull forward to the window or in the spot and wait. That then takes an additional 5 - 20 minutes, for items like nuggets, fries. They usually then fumble around trying to figure who’s food Is who’s and it takes forever. Sometimes I don’t get items and have to repeat the whole process. On multiple occasions I’ve gotten undercooked fries, or more commonly, they taste like they were made yesterday. For one pro, the staff is generally nice but everything else is awful.

I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at McDonald’s. I ordered chicken sandwiche, and to my shock, it was completely raw and undercooked. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, he dismissed it by saying “it’s just the grease” — without even offering a simple apology. Serving raw chicken is a serious health risk, and the lack of accountability from the staff made it even worse. This was the last time I’ll ever eat at McDonald’s. Extremely disappointed and concerned

very long time for drive through and 3 very small pieces of sad lettuce in my sandwich. dont bother ordering any deluxe meal with lettuce and tomato because they won't really give you those extra parts. every time I get food here, I regret it.
