It was a little dirty in the seating area (fries and napkins on the floor, overflowing trash) and the bathroom (hair and crud on sink, toilet paper on floor).

McDonalds as a corporation is very greedy! To prove my point just walk into any of your local McDonalds and ask for a cup of water. You will be charged! Now, this McDonalds specifically is extremely poorly operated. While I was there I heard nothing but bickering between employees about how they're under staffed "and we will just wing it for tonight". Now with that said the restrooms are down for repairs. Ok whatever! But the bigger problem is when they are working, you literally have to stand in a disorganized line to ask permission.Now, let me get away from that point for a moment. While I was eating my meal I wanted a refill of my soda. Because this owner is so cheap and petty they have decided to not have fountain machines in their restaurant. Again, you have to wait in line and ask for permission. This place is so disorganized and poorly poorly ran.To make a even longer story shorter. I did not even get my refill! Never again, I am done eating here forever and ever and ever and ever....

Asked for fresh hot fries got cold fries and cold nuggets Saw them dump a fresh basket of fries into the fry bin but yet and still my fries were cold so I got the old ones. No napkins or ketchup in the bag

They always make you pull up or to the side no matter what you get– even for a single burger. If you get more than one item, check your bag because it's probably the wrong order.

"You can either get breakfast or leave." That is the message this establishment has for it's guests, according to Matthew M. (apparently the M.O.D.).

I ordered on the mobile app, and was at the speaker before the switch from dinner to breakfast. That is what the app says is required for your order to be honored. Yet this isn't the first time I was essentially told 'oh well.' Multiple times now I have waited several minutes to give my mobile code, only to be told that it can't be honored because, THEY took too long to speak to me on the headset. Seemingly as if they specifically waited until after the switch, so they wouldn't have to honor the order.

I have been a return customer, as I work just down street. I TOO work in the service industry (and have for 22yrs), and I don't generally get a chance to eat on shift. So occasionally I try to grab some food on my way home, often times because I have to be back at work in a few hours to open. I don't particularly want to eat McDonald's breakfast as my dinner. So you can imagine my surprise when this manager can't even apologize for the inconvenience. MULTIPLE times, the SAME manager has basically told me I can order breakfast food or leave. I would never let my staff treat guests this way, as I wouldn't want my name associated with that level of customer service (or lack thereof).

Mind you, I really don't like leaving bad reviews for establishments. I don't want Matt to get reprimanded, I'm just tired of my time being wasted. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully this message invokes some sort of change, before this business loses more customers.

This place will always tell you to park off to the side and wait for you food no matter what! My order is usually pretty simple, I usually get 2 double cheeseburgers and every time I'm told to park off to the side. Sometimes you wait as long as ten minutes! What ever happened to FAST food?
