The sign says someone named Jason is the owner. He needs to send his people to the same customer service camp that chic fil a uses. His staff is inefficient, unprofessional and ghetto. Part of my order was cold and when I told the young person bringing out bags she stated they were understaffed. Not my problem! After having me wait at the extra window she then states I was instructed by someone inside to come in because there was a backup on fries. NO! I already waited long enough in the first place. At this point I just left because I didn't want them to prepare anything else for me. Sir you need to train your staff better.

Never been to a fast food restaurant that takes your money and makes you wait 15 minutes for two sandwiches with 1 other person in line. I arrived with 1 other person in the drive through and left when all the parking spots were filled and no one was getting an order, about 15 minutes. The person in front of me still didn’t get theirs by the time I just drove away and I still didn’t have the food. Don’t bother - this franchise is a cash grab.

Why have 2 drive thru lines if you don't know how or don't have the ability to utilize them both? There were three cars in each line, and I waited 10 minutes in line 2 and decided it was too long to wait to place my order. They could only take an order from one line at a time, then there would be at least a full one to two minutes delay between taking orders. That's way too long and I would have been waiting another 10-15 mins.
