Closed but still advertised on airport signs.

Not open during business hours. They said their machines were down.

5pm on a Thursday and it's closed. No idea what the accurate hours are, but don't go out of your way to walk here because there's a decent chance it's not even open.

There was nobody working there, nobody! They should at least make this self serve because how are you gonna have nobody working there yet this place “closes” at 7:30 pm.

Flavor of the vanilla was not good. And the toppings were stale. Nice attendant however. (Concourse B)

This place is worth a try. They have large portions for reasonable rates. Regularly well organized and with great mood. Would recommend to others.

Unfortunate that there is no option for zero stars. I understand most people give zero stars for their person being offended, but this truly deserves the worst review. This location does not have staff members, instead a small sign that is hidden behind some garbage on the register indicates to ask for an employee at Subway next door to ring the customer out. Considering Subway's line is most always packed due to under-staffing and large rushes, this is not a feasible option. They were not stocked with cups for your self serve ice-cream/dessert. Granted I took the last one from the sleeve, but the next person will not be able to purchase their product. Again, a complete lack of operation management and caring.Assuming you are able to find a cup for the only product available, there was no ice-cream in any machine. Instead a sputter of discolored juice dripped into my lone survivor cup.The worst part about this is that I am a native Clevelander, and I know the airport is the first thing tourists/visitors see when arriving into Cleveland. Having shops/kiosks like this are just embarrassing and add to the preconceived notion of what people believe the city is.I am just stunned as to why a business would even exist when a freezer full of popsicles would be far more profitable. Please save yourself some time and a walk to Terminal B and avoid this location. Hopefully a monthly operating profit in the negative will shut this location down with hopes of a spot where customers can have a mediocre experience can go.
