Lou needs fired , I placed a online order asked for no mushrooms on my steak he put mushrooms he put cold uncooked onions on my Philly steak my waffle fry was cold then I got a Roman burger I asked for no tomatoes or red onions and he put tomatoes and red onions on it horrible , had to throw away my dinner couldn’t even eat the money I spent on food then I call him and tell him my problem he not trying to fix my issue , he said he runs the store but didn’t have a resolution don’t come here better off going on Denison or 117th

When you guys get a DoorDash order, PLEASE tape the bag CLOSE!!! It’s difficult for people to enjoy their food, when the food is dropped off with an open bag, not knowing what could have been done to my food!!

The Roman Burger is a masterpiece. You are a true Clevelander if you love Roman Burgers. I prefer Roman Burger to Polish Boy as far as Cleveland culinary delicacies go. Awesome staff that works hard and cranks out the food in a hurry! Roman Burgers rule!

Super Clean - Well Organized - Very Friendly Employees but most importantly - Fantastic Food!!! This Mr. Hero will always be my "go to" location now. Their Romanburgers and Cheesteak sandwiches are the best around and not dripping grease, but very tasty! The fries were crispy and the Soft Drinks were not watered down! I would be hard-pressed to find another Mr. Hero as good as this one!

I have been going to Mr Hero for the last 30 years here in the Cleveland area and this location is by far the greatest hands down. They are the cleanest, quickest, always accurate, and always freshest order when I order take out. Customer service is no good nowadays, but here Im reminded what its like. Thank you and keep it up!

restaurant was spotless. staff was friendly enough & my food came out quickly. Romanburger was still hot after my drive home. some locations can be a little dingy but had a positive experience here

Placed a order through door dash then called restaurant to make a change and no one picked up until 15 calls later then she stated they were busy and she will customize sandwich, 39 mins later I received food and it was wrong, so I called restaurant And 30 calls later lady picked up and as I was explaining she hung up on me. Now no one is picking up and door dash gave me 4 dollars credit for a 25.00 order that is wrong.....
