Was told they can't do that and then decided to give me a size smaller pizza. And not refund the difference. Never eating here again. Also half the pizza was burnt and the other half had raw dough.

Espresso martini was okay and margarita was not drinkable. Large pizza was undercooked completely raw dough and chicken on the salad has the weirdest chewy texture. Would go for the show only and drink seltzers if I were to return

If you want a cheap night, not spending any money, Muze is a fun place to hang out. Short staffed. No service. I waited to order food. By the time someone was available to help me, kitchen had closed 5 minutes prior to them getting to me. I had been waiting at the bar for 15 minutes. The time I was helped was 8:45pm. All I wanted was a pretzel.

I am sure that many of your customers work in industries that serve people. I am one of those people. I would never treat anyone that way. If someone is in need, not only am I required to help, I want to help a fellow human. I never clock out when it is quitting time because I am still helping people. I actually care. I think it is unfair that your kitchen stopped taking orders before 9pm. Change your advertisement to 8pm since your cooks quit early. I also work in an understaffed setting. Management needs to do better with their staff in this establishment. Thank you for your time, Gabby

My friends and I went to drag brunch! The drag queens and king were amazing, the drinks were great and the service was friendly enough but a little slow. I’m giving two stars because my friend has been vegan for 12 years, and said she had the worst vegan pizza of her life here (lol)
Also on the brunch menu, they had a “Vegan Omelette” but when my friend asked, she was told the only egg substitute they had was egg whites.
The shows are great and the entertainers are amazing, but just skip the food especially if you’re vegan.

Made a reservation and we were seated out on the patio in 85 degree weather with no shade. There were food runners but no servers so we never ended up getting waters and had to order at the bar. However, food was good, drinks were good, and bartenders were friendly. Would likely only recommend for dinner at dark or a day with good weather because there's not a lot of in door space, and the in door space seems like first come first serve.

Went today to grab drinks and pizza. The wings were amazing. We received a pizza that was super doughy on the middle almost raw. We asked the bartender if it can be recooked he told us no they won’t refire it. I was completely dumbfounded and found they to be insane. I told the bartender I won’t be paying for it then.
Also let me add this was my first time visiting this establishment and I won’t be back.
It’s completely insane that we couldn’t get our food fixed and the manager refused to come out left it to bartender to deal with. Bartender was nice though.
Such a beautiful space and great staff! Always enjoy the various events and things to do here! Drag Brunch with Monica Lexin is one of the best in the city! Food is always so good, and is only surpassed by the friendliness of the staff! Everyone is so nice! I've never had a bad experience here. If you haven't visited yet, you must!
Food was ok a little pricey for the quality. pizza was so burnt we couldn't eat it. Waiter looked pissed every time we needed something. Entertainment was fantastic.

My boyfriend and I used I love this place! They had the greatest pretzel and beer cheese. Today, however we were left extremely disappointed. The beer cheese has changed and does not taste good at all. You can see the cheese is more yellow now - the old white color on other pictures is the better beer cheese. Please fix this!!!!

I had a great time at the show but the service was a bit slow due to short staff I feel. I think the brunch menu can be a lot better. Very minimal selections and choices and the food was just ok for me. The drag show was amazing and full of energy!!! Even though the food was not so great, I would absolutely go back!!!!

We were visiting Cleveland and decided to support the Drag Sunday Brunch. When I tell you , brunch was horrible? The food you can tell came from boxes and the presentation was terrible. We ended going to the Cracker Barrel down the street and had a blast. Also, There were flies Everywhere inside the venue. We got there at 2:15pm and the show was already over! I do not recommend this place for a brunch outing.
