I would give it zero stars in principle if I could. I placed an order over the phone for the Lakewood store and the women who answered was beyond disrespectful and hung up the phone on me when I explained i misordered something. When I picked up the order, the women at the counter (maybe the same one) was even nastier. I was nothing but polite but the employee chose anger and hate that day so I promise I will not be back to support such unkind people. I was just trying to help feed a man down in his luck and it appeared the staff made it a point to make him feel uncomfortable while picking up the food. The mediocre pizza could not make up for the poor experience.

Call to order a pizza the woman who answered the phone had a bad and nasty attitude. She asked me to wait on hold. I obliged her. She then hung up the phone. I then called back. She yelled at me and told me “didn’t I tell you to wait on hold”, I said ma’am the phone hung up she said no you’re just impatient and then put me back on hold. I will not be doing business with this location ever.

So I’m a loyal nunzios pizza customer. I’ve done nothing but tip generously and take care of my driver and the staff who provides (usually) solid customer service. Tonight 10/23/23 I was told my address is was blocked after receiving 5+ orders no issues. The lady who answered was down right and disrespectful to me. I asked simply why after numerous order were we blocked and she failed to provide any info and was in complete shambles. I don’t normally shy away from ordering even after problems but the lady who answered and treated me so utterly disrespectful has now ruined YEARS of business via party orders , and residential. People like this ruin business. Don’t let her single handedly tear yours down also.
