My visit to Ohio burrito place was incredibly disappointing. The service left much to be desired; the staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful. Despite my request for extra veggies, I was given only three pieces, and when I asked for more, the response was rude and dismissive. The overall quality of the food was lackluster, and combined with the poor service, it's unlikely I'll return. Additionally, the portion of ingredients felt stingy; you could get more for less at Chipotle. While I wanted to support a local restaurant, this one won't be getting my business again.
I always love coming to this place. The food always taste so good, and their pricing is not that bad. The atmosphere of the restaurant is super cool, and they have Horchata, which I really like to drink. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful, and the store itself is always clean. 10/10Parking: There’s a few spots on the street, but chances are those spots are already taken by somebody else. If they are, you can always park on a side road

First time trying and I’m overall disappointed. The place looked a little dirty but the smell was good so we were excited! We had a coupon we purchased so we were excited to share and sample some of the menu! Right off the bat the 2 employees looked miserable and it was that type of miserable annoyed attitude where you feel embarrassed to order extras.. we pushed on with our order.. we ordered two burritos, a nachos to share and 3 tacos to share. I felt rushed and since it was my first time I wasn’t familiar with the options but I hastily made my choices in fear of asking would get me in trouble lol. When we finally made our order we let the guy at the register know we had a coupon and he gave us the biggest eye roll ever… again, feeling super uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. After him and the other girl bickered over how the coupon worked we were able to leave- we took the food to go thankfully. Food wise- everything was pretty good! I somewhat prefer chipotle as the food seems fresher there but the flavors weren’t bad. Unfortunately the taste wasn’t enough for us to ever return to that poor service. Definitely will not be back.

Stating that the food here is great would be an understatement, I don't believe I have never been disappointed or unhappy with the food I receive here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the interior is always clean. Overall, this is a upstanding location.

The food here is obviously the best, better than Chipotle to say the least. I was walking in and I saw employees like three or four crouched on their phones and they all jumped up happy to help and they put gloves on. There is a sink right on your way out. That's disgusting and honestly It's disappointing.

Unbelievably toxic workplace and unpleasant for customers, as well.I spent about 5 minutes in the line ordering my bowl and a male came forward from the back of the kitchen and started abusing the females who were serving my food. I immediately felt uncomfortable in line. This person was noticeably toxic and impatient with everyone in the room barking orders at everyone and nearly charged me for a water I walked into the restaurant with that was clearly not the water they were selling. Intolerable. They charged me for guacamole and gave me none. I will never go in this place again. I could never work under circumstances the likes of this either. I felt sorry for the other employees.

The workers are very nice but the food wasn't good. First bite I didn't like it, ate half and threw away the rest. Everything else was ok. I will try again. The one on W25th was good. Not sure what happened.
