Music is too loud. They refused to turn it down when asked. I used to be able to come here to have breakfast/lunch and get some work done. Not anymore. Not sure why they have to have the music so loud.

Ordered from this place on door dash today, my order was picked up about 15 minutes ago. They gave me ham instead of turkey on my bacon turkey bravo and they forgot my pickle. I asked the dasher to please ask them to make sure they included the pickle that comes with the sandwich because they never do and he told me the woman at the counter was extremely rude to him, refused to give him one and then told him it was in the bag when it wasn’t… she also refused to let me get a side of dressing that i wasn’t able to order from the app. Wrong order, rude staff. I reordered from a different location.

Worst service ever here, particularly bad from curly red haired server. Just blatantly rude and asking them for anything she literally rolls her eyes. Coffee is crap and the food is worse. Why do I even come here? Gift cards

My $9.00 half summer salad had less than 1/4 cup of fruit, and rancid lettuce. I miss the way Panera used to be! Remember fresh ingredients and generous sized portions? I miss that. I’ll go to Nature’s Oasis next time I’m craving a healthy lunch.

I understand there is a new general manager for the Lakewood Panera's. Bravo! There has been a marked improvement to the cleanliness, service and quality of the food and beverage. Quite the positive change from our unfortunate experience a year ago!

Panera bread is to expensive for the food it sale. However, the food is good.
Items missing from order, online discount not applied. Really over priced for the quality and quantity of food. Plenty of locally owned restaurants to choose from instead.

Food is average Panera quality, I personally like Panera so 4 stars for that. Little disappointed by service, I got the food delivered and my coffee (mocha latte) was only filled to 2/3 of cup and tasted & looked like average latte rather than mocha latte.

I ordered delivery from Panera bread in Lakewood. I got a kitchen sink cook for $5.49 and a dozen of bagels with cream cheese for $22.19 ad my total was $31 with free delivery. The delivery wasn’t a problem they did a good job. My problem is with Panera.i never got my cookie and the bagas were stale and not even cut properly. I was extremely disappointed and never coming back again if I could I would put zero stars

I do like Panera, but I am very surprise that that utensils were not wrapped in plastic the bread was trow in to the bag as much as I like the broccoli soup. I do think it should be a little more carefully
