My $9.00 half summer salad had less than 1/4 cup of fruit, and rancid lettuce. I miss the way Panera used to be! Remember fresh ingredients and generous sized portions? I miss that. I’ll go to Nature’s Oasis next time I’m craving a healthy lunch.

I understand there is a new general manager for the Lakewood Panera's. Bravo! There has been a marked improvement to the cleanliness, service and quality of the food and beverage. Quite the positive change from our unfortunate experience a year ago!

Food is average Panera quality, I personally like Panera so 4 stars for that. Little disappointed by service, I got the food delivered and my coffee (mocha latte) was only filled to 2/3 of cup and tasted & looked like average latte rather than mocha latte.

I ordered delivery from Panera bread in Lakewood. I got a kitchen sink cook for $5.49 and a dozen of bagels with cream cheese for $22.19 ad my total was $31 with free delivery. The delivery wasn’t a problem they did a good job. My problem is with Panera.i never got my cookie and the bagas were stale and not even cut properly. I was extremely disappointed and never coming back again if I could I would put zero stars

I do like Panera, but I am very surprise that that utensils were not wrapped in plastic the bread was trow in to the bag as much as I like the broccoli soup. I do think it should be a little more carefully

Customer service is horrible. The mail manager in the morning/afternoon is very rude. Sitting on his phone texting in the back while keeping customers waiting having conversations about going out Saturday night.

Went in to pick up my order placed through the app, not on the pick up stand but stood in front of bakers for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, will never come back

I wish I could leave a good review, but this is the worst Panera bread ever. I explained that I had pork allergies and am vegetarian. I know it’s the morning so risk, but I told them I needed no cross contamination which means changing gloves before touching my vegetarian egg avo sandwich. So what did they do? They touched bacon and bread with the same gloves! I asked them to remake it and the ladies had an attitude and refused. Mean while I wasted a sandwich because I refused to get sick. The manager has a nasty attitude like she didn’t know what I was talking about. So at least they refunded it. I guess they wanted to lose money rather than remake the sandwich. I have been to other locations and no one else has given me problems! Please if you have allergies avoid this location. This is a health violation. Also their fire alarm was flashing throughout the cafe which most people address. Also dirty location. Buyer beware who knows what else they are getting wrong here.
Worst service ever here, particularly bad from curly red haired server. Just blatantly rude and asking them for anything she literally rolls her eyes. Coffee is crap and the food is worse. Why do I even come here? Gift cards 🫩
