I don't eat much food from here but I did eat some of there breakfast food I feel like the bread is way too thick the people are nice and the drinks are pretty good, i would recommend smoothies. The new Mexican corn chowder looks pretty good also.

We had been given a gift card for $30.00. The young attendant was very friendly and helpful, immediately took care of us, and was very professional. I'd read about how unhelpful the staff was, but we did not find this to be the case at all. My cheese broccoli soup was tasty, and my husband was very satisfied with his turkey avocado cheese sandwich. We additionally picked up a giant loaf of tomato basil bread, quite flavorful.

If you go here, expect the staff to actually walk past you while you wait at the counter for 5-10 minutes, stay in their food prep area and completely ignore you while they work on other things. Not just the hourly staff; the supervisor is the main instigator as well. Was here yesterday and neither she or an of the other hourly avoiding us at the counter waiting spoke to us, made eye contact or any attempt to say "be right with you." Been here many times and it's always the same: customers are an annoyance for the staff behind the counter, and they make sure you feel like that while they make you wait. Avoid this place at all costs...
Ordered takeout out for 5...muffins, cookies and box of coffee...all were tasty and coffee was hot...not cheap, but what is?...street parking can be a bit challenging if your timing is not lucky... plan on a bit of a walk.

They were kind friendly helpful the food was hot they made drinks with care they still have the charged lemonades they just moved them behind the counters when I asked about was told that all I had to do was asked for it and they would fill it because I am part of the sip club membership they were nice about they warned me about how much caffeine was in it which I appreciated ? great service highly recommend come to the Lakewood location awesome amazing wonderful staff here will always come to this location.

The employees at this facility are extremely rude, went to pick up an order today, and the employee was annoyed that I asked a question, and then tossed the food at me. Plus, they got my order wrong as well. Won't come back here again, as this isn't the first time I've had this issue at this location, along with my fellow co-workers.

The fact that paid 22 dollars for a half filled bowl of the teriyaki chicken. Is just asinine to me. I would of went elsewhere if would of known. Atleast other places know if I'm paying that much that going to get the right portion size.
