This location, through online ordering, stole $63 out of my bank account and both local, online, and corporate customer service all refused to assist me. I generally get a "this or that department will contact you, or is working on a refund" then no reply. When I attempt other solutions or escalation- I get hung up on. It's been 2 months. Assuming I won't sue over $63 must be their form of theft, possibly to save their struggling business.

Terrible service. Ordered through the store and then they chose to deliver my pizza through a 3rd party so it was of course wrong. When I called to complain I was told it wasn't the stores fault at all and when I complained further I was cut off, told my food would be delivered over again and then hung up on. The manager has no customer service skills. Had i chose to order through an app like door dash then I would undertsnd being told I need to talk to them but I didn't I ordered through papa johns so any mistake papa johns is responsible for, pretty simple.

Seems like they're consistently struggling to find help Everytime (10 times at least) I pick up a doordash order, it's late. 100% the franchise owner's fault or they must have a terrible store manager. The employee was nice, feel bad for them.

Go with Dominos, or be ready to wait 60min or more for cold pizza delivery. Not sure what's changed, but delivery is consistently late with no help from the app; even said "Delivered" when the pizza was still 20min from actually reaching me.
Dominos, every time, 10 to 15min max from order to arrival; hot, fresh, delicious.
