Nothing like wrecking the reputation of your business by hiring a parking lot czar. Zero reason to make life more difficult for customers.

I live less than a half a mile from here. A delivery took 20 minutes longer than the estimated time of 30 minutes. I called to ask where my food was, and then it gets delivered after 5 minutes.

I got chicken chop suey. Something was extremely bitter in the food. Lots of cooking oil in the food as well.
This place is so FIRE…I was honestly just trying to find a new Chinese takeout spot because I was in the mood for exploring; instead I found a hidden gem that I will go to forever moving forward. You guys HAVE to go here.

My first and last time. Very pleased with the customer service. Food was tasteless and overcooked veggies.

Was not good at all. Food seemed to have been sitting out for multiple hours and was hard as a rock. The scallops texture was like biting into a wad of chewing gum. Even the pre-packaged fortune cookies were stale! I do not recommend eating in at the buffet whatsoever.

Good food, nice people, even delivery drivers
As someone from Taiwan, I find this American Asian food to be pretty decent and reasonably priced. Most importantly, the owners are incredibly friendly—every time I visit, they’re warm and welcoming.

These 1-star reviews are definitely bots! Don’t listen to them! This small family business has been in the Cleveland area for more than 15 years and their food, taste, and portion sizes have been consistent over the years with high quality Chinese food at a great price. I love their quart sized sweet and sour chicken and crab rangoon! Try something new on their menu each time and it won’t disappoint!

I took my daughter for a quick lunch.
We got the pu pu platter, small wonton and small hot and sour soup.
The pu pu platter was POO POO!
everything was fried to a crisp! The meat inside of the fried dumplings tasted very off!
The BBQ rib tasted old. The crab stick was fried so long that it split down the middle.
My hot and sour soup tasted like thick soy sauce. It had no other taste.
My daughter's wonton soup had the same rancid meat inside as the dumplings from the poo poo platter.
And we ate inside the place. The workers were I'm assuming arguing. Then a female worker came in and joined in! I waited till they went outside to argue, we got up and left. We left all of our uneaten food on the table. We will never go there again. 26 bucks plus a 5 dollar tip just to give them back their horrible food! 😡
Let me start off by saying very respectful people fresh hot food accommodates me always been good to me. There is no other better place than this place in Lakewood.

Best carry out Chinese food on the west side. I pass a lot of other Chinese restaurants driving there because it's worth the trip. Best Moo Goo Gai Pan, Wor Shur Gai, and Pork lo mein.
