Food was outstanding and staff were super friendly. We always go there for our anniversary each year and everytime we go the staff does a great job at making it feel special. Truely a restaurant we will go to for year to come.

The food and service was fantastic. Not many times have I left a restaurant and said to myself all the food was cooked and tasted fantastic. They only thing that I was surprised at was the dinner salads were all around $15. That to me is a bit excessive. All in all we loved our visit.

We go to Pier W 3 to 4 times a year. It is our go to place to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. I have been going to Pier W since the late 1960s. It is an excellent restaurant. Food is delicious. You can not get better service. If you want an excellent seafood dinner, with one of the best views of Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland Pier W is the place to go...

We went to Pier W for the first time for our anniversary. I ordered the Tuna and it was very tender and delicious. My wife ordered the special because she loves risotto. They gave her a large serving of risotto. The view of Lake Erie was spectacular. We will be back soon.

It is no wonder that this superb establishment has been in business for 60 years this year! I hosted two luncheons there this week with two sets of old, dear friends who now live out of town. Everything was just top drawer - ambiance, food, beverages, and service first rate. My wedding reception was at the Pier 53 years ago this July. Two of the guests within each of those two luncheon groups were in our wedding party. In my book it is still - after all these years - one of the top spots within the Cleveland dining scene that is a slam dunk for both Clevelanders still residing in the area especially when celebrating a special occasion, and also a great place to host guests who no longer live in the area, OR if you want to impress someone who is new to Greater Cleveland or who is just visiting our wonderful, beautiful corner of the world.

A jewel on the North Coast .... great view on the lake and excellent food. Service is always spot on and ambiance is perfect for date nights and special occasions. We had the Lobster Bisque followed by the Swordfish and twin lobster tails...prep was great and all was delicious!

The Calimari was perfect and the two sauces were delicious. The scallops were great and the Creme Brulee was perfect. I had the swordfish special. The fish was cooked properly, but the dish was really bland and really need a little heat and some salt. I was disappointed.

We had the BEST time at Pier W! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Nick was absolutely amazing — his attention to detail and friendly vibe made the whole experience even more special. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday, and it turned out better than we could have imagined. The food was phenomenal, the service was top-notch, and the entire night felt magical. We drove up from Dayton to experience fine dining and celebrate our 45th anniversary. It didn't disappoint us in the least. The food was hot and flavorful. The wine was excellent and the atmosphere put us in awe. Well worth the drive and the price. Like they say., you get what you pay for. But I think we won in the end. If you have never experienced fresh seafood or tender steaks, this is the place to get it. The service help is top notch and excellent at their job. Delish, delish, delish ‼️
