We were very pleased with our experience on Friday. The atmosphere was outstanding. We were seated at our favorite table by the window where we could see the skyline and frozen Lake Erie. Our waitress was great. She was very pleasant and attentive but in no way interrupted or rushed us. The food was fantastic. I eat a vegan diet, and I can always count on Pier W to offer an outstanding vegan entree. They even had a vegan dessert, which was awesome. (Next on my wish list: a vegan appetizer.) And my carnivore friends absolutely loved their choices, too. The restaurant is pretty expensive, but we just loved everything about the experience. We will definitely return.

Best seafood in Cleveland , from the start when Joseph greets you and seats you with a smile and all the way to the warm butter cake the experience is total enjoyment! Tim and Georgia are excellent lunch wait staff and a pleasure to talk too! Lobster bisque , crab cakes, oysters Oh My! Lobster roll and scallops as well ! Grappa wonderful aperitif.

It was my first time at Pier W, took my girlfriend on a date for our one year anniversary. From beginning to end everything was perfect! We got seated right away, the service was impeccable, our waitress was such a delight & was kind enough to give us delicious dessert for our anniversary. We will definitely be back! Everything is top notch - food, service, piano player, the view of downtown. Even had Happy Anniversary on our menus, which we were celebrating. We drove an hour to get to Pier W. It was worth it!

They cancelled our reservation the morning of our 40th wedding anniversary. When I called they weren’t empathetic at all. Since our anniversary I’ve week of Christmas there wasn’t any options no way for us to get a reservation at an upscale restaurant with a romantic view.
Had Ray as a server before and wanted to thank him for being so kind and entertaining. The view of the dining room is GORGEOUS. Easily a top3 view in the entire city. The food was awesome, as ALWAYS! The bar area needs to be updated to reflect 2025 and beyond, though. Let’s get a bar renovation, guys! The bar area looks like it was built in the 80s and doesn’t look like it’s in the same restaurant as your beautiful dining room! Experience was still AWESOME. Thank you.
