We were very pleased with our experience on Friday. The atmosphere was outstanding. We were seated at our favorite table by the window where we could see the skyline and frozen Lake Erie. Our waitress was great. She was very pleasant and attentive but in no way interrupted or rushed us. The food was fantastic. Best seafood in Cleveland , from the start when Joseph greets you and seats you with a smile and all the way to the warm butter cake the experience is total enjoyment! Tim and Georgia are excellent lunch wait staff and a pleasure to talk too! Lobster bisque , crab cakes, oysters Oh My! Lobster roll and scallops as well ! Grappa wonderful aperitif.
It was my first time at Pier W, took my girlfriend on a date for our one year anniversary. From beginning to end everything was perfect! We got seated right away, the service was impeccable, our waitress was such a delight & was kind enough to give us delicious dessert for our anniversary. We will definitely be back! Thank you for such an amazing date night.
