Overall, Pins and Needles is a pretty cool spot, not really sure why you need a reservation since the only thing upscale are the drinks. The food was a no go, the service was meh and my drink was OK.Would I return, honestly probably not once was enough.

A cool bar with 70s vibes tucked under mahalls bowling. The seating area is small with a few tables and couches. There are also a few seats at the bAr. Would recommend making a reservation as it can fill up quickly. They offer a variety of classic cocktails and signature ones that are very creative. They do not offer any food items. With the bowling alley right next to it and loud music, it was a bit hard to hear conversations but overall a solid spot for drinks.

Excellent little cool place. This has a very good vibe, with very friendly staff. It's a neat place in Lakewood. Couches and 1960 vibe going on. Very good drinks and hard to find classic beer.

We drove all the way from Columbus especially to come here for my birthday. We were told we needed to make reservations, so we did. When we got here, we waited to be seated and no one came. We went upstairs and asked and he said have a seat anywhere. Bar was crowded but the seating was empty. We couldn’t even get to the bar to order a drink. They make it seem like it’s going to be a full service experience but really it’s a small expertly themed basement right next to the super loud ball return. After 15 minutes of waiting around we just decided to leave. And it wasn’t just us, four other people waited to be sat/served and were ignored. They all ended up leaving too. After looking at the pictures online, looks like everyone that was being served at the bar was an employee. Very disappointed.

We came from Columbus to Cleveland specifically for this dining/drinking experience for my fiancé’s birthday (making reservations a month in advance)…. We showed up to a “please wait to be seated” sign and weren’t acknowledged for 15min so we decided to walk up to the bar where a gaggle of people crowded around (whom we later found pictures online were staff members/their friends) doing shots. While approaching the bar we STILL weren’t acknowledged by the bartender… meanwhile 2 separate couples showed up behind us, younger and older, and neither of them were acknowledged for 15-20min either.. needless to say all 6 of us left bc no one served us or even said hello.. this was the sole reason we travelled here, and to be let down this badly by this experience is reason enough to tell everyone not to bother with this place.

Pins and Needles quilt shop in Middleburg Heights goes above and beyond with customer service! When I was incorrectly charged for a sewing machine due to miscommunication between myself and the sales clerk, Bree and the owner agreed to credit me the difference and gave me a free accessory for the machine that I bought.Great shop to do business with!

Great vibes! Drinks were great and would definitely come back to bowl. Loved the 70s vibes and it really felt like you were in the thats 70s show basement

Great service, well made unique drinks. A cool atmosphere but they could use a fair amount of extra 70's themed artwork on the walls. Prices on par for fancy drink quality. Open Table for reservations does not line up with actual availability if you're looking to reserve a party of 4 or more which could be frustrating.... But the manager did call to confirm which was cool.

Everything was perfect. We wanted to ask if we could sleep over. I was transported back to my childhood (except with great cocktails!) We will be back many times with friends and family !

Drinks were really good. It's definitely a 70s vibe almost felt like I was on that 70s show. I wasn't really digging the vine since it's right next to the bowling alleys so it felt a bit loud and couldn't hear the music well. Service was on point though with the server checking up on us quite often

Music, decor, and wonderfully crafted cocktails create a comfy and homey 70s living room, styled bar. With quiet and chic ambience, and friendly staff, and tasteful bites, this has easily become one of my new favorite spots that I can't wait to revisit.

Think That 70s Show! Fun place all around! Very Instagrammable! The drinks were pretty cool it's one of those places where you would go one time to order a fancy cocktail and never order them again LOL I would stick to the Miler Hi Life Beer. There is also old time bowling at Mahall's and you have to keep your own score. What a really fun place to go to for a date night or friends get together it's quite the gem in Cleveland.

We didn't eat, just had a few drinks-but I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK! If you were born in the wrong decade like I was-you're going to absolutely love + adore pins and needles.
