For my family and I's first time trying potbelly the food was not bad, just felt for the price of 3 sandwiches could of been better(the quality of the food and quantity)

I received an email and it was advertised on my app of a BOGO sandwich deal. Brought me in so I wouldn’t have to worry about dinner for my family. I got there, waited in line, just to be told the deal wasn’t being honored. I still gave in and bought two sandwiches at full price but it was false advertising. Disappointed. There needs so be transparency of deals so patrons are aware. It may sound dumb but it is hard to do simple things like this as a busy mom.
The chicken salad sandwich was too peppery by the way. And cuts of chicken were gummy. Won’t be getting that again.
The female cashier was kind otherwise despite this disappointing visit.

This location, the managerial staff, as well as all others, took care of an issue that wasn't their fault. They handled the issue with a high level of professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend this location. Problems happen, how they're handled says everything.

Went to try this for lunch for the first time with my wife, the lady was rude and short with us even though we told her it was our first time. My wife ordering the most simple sandwich ever still recieved her order wrong. They don't Tell you all the sandwiches get toasted. They don't Tell you they only have deli mustard before they blast it on your sandwich, when you see a mistake they don't offer to remake your sandwiches or anything. Food was overall subpar and small for the price. Don't waste your money here just go to dibellas subs next time

Very disappointing, as a first time customer I would expect a helpful associate but that’s not what I got. Some older blonde lady couldn’t even bother to get the easiest order correct. I asked for a super easy sandwich, and still somehow it got messed up and I ended with literally just turkey. I’m not a complainer but honestly it was her bad snarky attitude that really ruined the whole experience. Way over priced for crappy sandwiches and crappier employees. Will not be back.

It was ok for me, I ordered a salad and my lettuce was wilted and the avocado looked brown. The one downtown Cleveland is much better. Otherwise I would had gave this location a much lower rating.
