The Lakewood location is "temporarily closed", so I visited the Parma location and ordered two vegan pizzas. Absolutely delicious! The vegan sausage on the "Tremonster" was superb. Primoz has a selection of 18 vegan pizzas, so I'll be sure to try different one next time. It's a pity there are no tables to dine on site (at the Parma location), either inside or a table or two outside.

Crust was decent, but not enough to make up for the rest of the vegan pizza that unfortunately did not live up to other rave reviews. Not sure what cheese substitute they use, but the consistency was very slimy and tasted like eating greasy mushrooms. Not for me.

Ordered over $50 worth of food on St Patty's day for delivery. My card was charged, THE GOOD NEVER CAME and I still haven't been refunded. I been told the manager will call me back but it's been a few days. What a disappointment and a waste of money!! I honestly thought I was being scammed... order cautiously...

Had to cancel two orders in the past two weeks. I was sick with covid the first week and ordered online for a delivery, they called me after the order was made and informed me that they did not have any delivery drivers available.A week later I recovered from covid and was able to pick up an order in person. I showed up right after someone else had entered the establishment. He picked up his pizza right away, paid and exited the building. Then the front counter person then answered the phone, took a phone order and after she was done with the phone call she meandered back into the kitchen. Another person answered the phone and took an order and then preceeded back into the kitchen. At this point in time no one had acknowledged me. Another customer entered the establishment and she was greated with a warm "welcome to primoz pizza!" I asked the staff if I could just pick up my pizza, it was already paid for. No one responded to me. Then someone finally asked me if I had been helped (mind you I've been the only customer standing in their store for 10 minutes) I said no. They asked for my pizza order/information I informed them of my name/order they said oh... oh no I think the delivery driver just took your order. They did not ask me how I would like to proceed they called the delivery driver and confirmed that he taken the wrong pizza. The lady said "we'll just remake your pizza." They did not give me an option or ask me how I would like to proceed. I asked how long that would take, they said "10 minutes" at that point I was so done standing there, I already waited 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presense. I literally felt like I was invisibile. So after that point I just asked to be refunded. The lady said I was refunded and I was not offered any future promotional discounts or coupons. I still have not been refunded.

My pizza not only took over an hour to be delivered but then I opened the box and this is what I saw. I’m highly dissatisfied and will not be ordering again.

Primoz Pizza will give any pizza place a challenge for best pizza. Ordered the beef pepperoni pizza and the cheese pizza both were Awesome. Also order wings and my kids loved the garlic parm.

I was so excited to see the Primoz Pizzeria menu in my mailbox. Usually junk mail goes in the recycle bin, but the vegan options caught my attention. I tried a few vegan appetizers and a vegan pizza and was blown away by the the quality and flavor. Pizza delivery has been a thing of the past, given the lack of vegan options in the area. However, Primoz brought back pizza delivery to my family with a wonderful menu of vegan options which not only taste amazing, but also honor Cleveland landmarks and memories

I was in the mood for a pizza. Normally I would have to get them with no cheese but got lucky when I found this place offered vegan cheese. I order for myself the Hawaiian pizza with vegan cheese. They have a vegan Hawaiian but the toppings are different. I was surprised with all the toppings that were on there. It was very good. The cheese was creamy so it could have had just a little less for my liking and the pineapple was a little dark so it lost a little flavor. Over all I was very satisfied with it. The other was the deluxe pizza that almost completely disappeared in the matter of minutes. I'm told it was very good. It had regular cheese so I didn't taste it. They have a variety of pizzas that I look forward to tasting.

Ordered buffalo chicken wings and were delivered with no sauce. Manager was unwilling to refund my order and was left unsatisfied. Pizza was okay, but wildly overpriced. Kind of a bummer..
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered online and it said an hour wait, no problem, I can't leave the house and I don't mind waiting patiently. I got a call from an employee saying they don't have any delivery drivers, so I have two options, pick up the order (which I've already expressed that I can't leave the house) or they would leave a message for the manager to try to get my refund,because they said they don't give refunds. I said again, I can't leave and since you can't deliver my order like it was processed,I want a refund. They said I'll leave a message and then I was hung up on. So I called back and talked to another employee who started they can't help me and hung up on me again. After about a dozen calls, they got upset and called me Privileged because I wanted a refund. Countless times I was hung up on. I asked for Steve, the store manager, he was out on deliveries!! I was lost, how do you say you have no deliveries but the one person that can help me is out on deliveries. It makes no sense and I never got a call from Steve. GREAT customer service by you and your team, Steve. You all are a joke and should be unemployed.

Let’s start with the good. Staff was extremely nice and working hard. The wings were fantastic. The hot actually had heat to it and would order again.The bad: I think it might be the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I couldn’t believe they have multiple locations.

What an awesome find!! Was looking for vegan pizza that wasn't the typical boring veggie pizza and came across this gem!! The amount of vegan pizza options are amazing. We got the Treamonster and the BBQ chicken vegan pizza and they were so freaking good, really went beyond my expectations. This is my new spot for vegan pizza! A small was a little pricey and that's why I didn't give 5 stars, but it's honestly worth it.

I think this establishment has a nice variety for sure, especially if you have special dietary needs and that’s why I gave it 4 stars. I don’t have any diet restrictions and ordered a pepperoni/sausage pizza and the Memphis BBQ for dinner with the family. Both were good, but not great. I might try again and get a different crust. Their regular crust isn’t anything special. Sometimes I like to eat cold pizza, but it was not good cold.
