I had good experience everytime I went to the Lakewood location but today it was very disappointing. I took my boyfriend for the first time to try the smoothies. Unfortunately he did not like it and wanted to get something else instead. They called the owner and they would not return the smoothie and remake another one. I work myself customer service and I would do anything to make my customers happy so they can come back. No need to reply.

The store smelled worse than a garbage can, the most pungent rotten produce smell. Only one person working. I stood there 10 mins without being waited on. Only one other customer in the store, who walked in behind me. Worker was busy preparing an online order. I walked out.. Going to Pulp instead!

Five Stars! extremely friendly employees that served with a smile. Ayla and Kylee freshened my day with their fantastic smoothie and delicious peanut butter and banana toast in addition to their amazing service, I can’t recommend Robeks enough

I really love Robeks and their offerings. I would go more often if their locations were closer to where I live but maybe saturation wouldn't be a good thing. Staff is on point, smoothies are delicious and the venues are clean. What else do you need? A+

Everytime I go in the service is great. I wanted recommendations for healthy smoothies and the worker was more than willing to help me find exactly what I wanted! As soon as I had the avocado toast I was sold! There is definitely an option for everyone and I would highly recommend the nuts about protein if you like peanut butter!

Terrible service. I walked in at about 7:20 the only customer. The worker said hi and then proceeded to continue to work on an online order. I questioned if they were open as the sign says 7am and she just showed me the receipt for the order but continued to work on that and ignore me. I wanted one smoothie and was the only one there. Waited 10 minutes then left
My favorite post workout smoothie, Muscle Max. And the avocado egg toast is a great morning snack! Friendly and fast service!

I came into the store the other day and was pleasantly impressed by the workers! They were super knowledgeable and kind especially Amy Pilgrim! We chatted for almost 15 minutes about life! Just wanted to share how amazing this girl is ☺️

I just recently tried Robeks for the first time the other day and I was pleasantly surprised! I asked the worker I believes name was Amy what her personal favorite was and she recommended my new favorite drink! Awesome staff and delicious! Will definitely be coming back soon.

This is my 4th time coming here and I leave absolutely infuriated each time. I should know better now to not come. I’ve tried coming in at 7, 8, and 9 (thinking it won’t be busy then - wrong). Each time I wait 20-30 minutes for one açaí bowl even if I order 10-15 minutes prior online. The morning employee is beyond slow and doesn’t prioritize correctly as in takes a walk in before to an order placed ahead of time. She apologizes every time for the wait so clearly she knows she’s slow. I’ve seen customers waiting the same time and tell her to cancel the order and walk out. This was my last time coming here and to any robeks. I’ll find another açaí restaurant elsewhere in the morning even if I have to travel far.

Ordered a smoothie and waited forever for anyone to come back and actually start it. There were three people working and all in the back. No one emerged until another customer came in, when I just asked for a refund. She told me the can opener broke, meanwhile I see like 6 blenders piling up that finally a girl came and started one of. Looks like there’s a need for some leadership here. The professional thing to do would have been come out and explain the only can opener in the place just broke and go from there. Thanks for wasting my time.
