Overall I’m confused by this experience since the majority of the reviews rave over the food. We ordered take out which I generally expect to be not as great as eat in due to reduced temperature, some entree becoming soggy, etc. However, due to lack of time, and reservations we decided on take out. The food had absolutely zero flavor. No seasoning for the vodka sauce and the linguine and clams tasted like white wine out of the bottle and the included clams were extremely small for the price of $28. The chicken was well cooked but again lacked any flavor. Even salt would have improved the dish greatly. I wish I had just gotten the frozen gnocchi from Whole Foods as it would have been a more flavorful meal. I’m afraid to give it another chance but I need to know if this is a fluke. On second thought maybe not.

Very inspired and interesting menu - staples and more far afield offerings. Very stellar service - full description of specials - and there are MANY! Service team seems to work seamlessly together. Make a reservation- even on a weeknight this place is busy - for a good reason! The chefs do an excellent job making this place a place to come back to often! Decor is nice. I found it to be a little hard to hear. Street parking was easy for us to find close by.Vegetarian options: Delicious salads - and salad specials also

Our server, Jen, was excellent and made terrific recommendations. Everything was well prepared, piping hot and delicious. It's nice to arrive at a restaurant and be seated immediately. The restaurant was busy but was well staffed and efficiently run.

Server asked us to leave because they needed the table. We were there to celebrate a birthday and said we were drinking more. I have been to many restaurants and have no problem with time limits. But there was no indication and no line outside.

Food selections were outstanding & delicious, service very professional! Many specials available that are not on the menu. Improvement opportunities: 1) table not ready at reservation time (~30 min wait) and 2) clearing / cleaning table since there are no tablecloths. I had water pooling and crumbs that should have been wiped-up between courses. Small details count.

We absolutely love the food and many flavors at Saritas a Restaurant but the noise level is just plain unenjoyable and impacts our willingness to return. I wonder why there is no effort to reduce this. There must be a way to soften this with some type of modification to the high and metal ceilings or addition of carpeting or maybe some even better and more updated ways to absorb the noise (???). We were there on a Wedensday evening and it was a packed house, a solid testament to the great food.

Appetizers were delicious. Interesting menu with a wide variety of selections, along with quite a few specials. Had an early reservation and by the time we left at 7 pm the place was full and really hopping. Great dining experience! Loved the pork tenderloin.

Most neglecting experience of my entire life. I sat down for the whole dinner just drinking beer. While the rest of the table had their dinner. Just because they cant cook noodles and vegetables. If I could I would give you 0 stars. By the way the vegan option is frozen sauce put on pasta and it is spicy. Even tho they never said it was spicy. I think spicy food is a game you consciously sign for. Then they say : I can't change how spicy the dish is.... That means it is premade sauce and they are not willing to cook for you. Even tho they say : vegan option upon request ?. My brain says : they have a stove, they have a fridge with vegetables because I saw plenty. And they have a pantry with pasta. Why can't they cook something... "Upon request" maybe they are just heating things up. A restaurant that can't cook noodles and vegetables is not a restaurant. Is a microwave. On top of that we were charged a 40 % tip. After not having dinner. BOLD.

Sarita might be my favorite restaurant in the city. This is my 3rd time visiting and everything is always top notch. It's worth the drive and perfect for date night. 10 stars!!

Been here many times & always had great food. Two of the people I was with decided to order the fish and chips. It was a rare miss by the restaurant and their food. Fish was very bland and not very crispy. Fries were cool to cold. Star of the plate was the coleslaw, which was excellent.

Sarita has become one of our favorite restaurants because the experience never disappoints. We met friends there recently, who had never been, and they fell in love with it. Eric, our server was awesome... Very knowledgeable, pleasant, attentive, but not intrusive. Our meals were excellent. Our guests commented that halibut was perfectly prepared and quite tasty. I enjoyed the house salad with perfectly prepared salmon on it. We passed on dessert this time because we were quite satisfied with everything we had eaten to that point. Definitely a place to return to.
