A great bar with very friendly staff, we went later in the evening and it was fairly quiet but we were still given full attention and had a wonderful drink and meal. Highly recommend all the desserts!

Started with super yummy deviled eggs, had a fantastic salad with greens, blackberries, dried apricots, and goat cheese (more chevre please!), and finally had the lemon pudding cake, with white chocolate, basil ice cream, and rose petals. Almost too beautiful to eat... almost. Everything was delicious, their iced tea was fresh brewed, and strong, and our bill was reasonable. And the Pride flag sticker in the window let me know that all are welcome.
Criticism? Same one I had for Degan's. No handicapped access from the parking lot. That's a real shame. But otherwise, kudos!

The new menu is fantastic! I can't remember having fries this good... The cocktails are unique and reasonably priced - best bloody Mary in town. Beer selection is growing as well with new taps recently added. Brunch this past weekend was absolutely stellar - from the hashbrown puffs, to the quiche, the stuffed French toast, maple Custard pie and deviled eggs... The most memorable meal I've had in Cleveland in quite some time.

Wonderful brunch with great cocktails. I loved the vegan breakfast sandwich with pimento cheese. My mom commented that the deviled eggs are even better than they were at Deagan's. The veggie quiche with fruit is super filling and a great bargain for the amount of food you get. Service is fantastic and attentive. I absolutely adore the atmosphere and aesthetic. Will be back!

Definitely a 5 out of 10 restaurant. I ordered the fried chicken and the plate was very dull colored. The collard greens were tough, the chicken was smaller than expected and overcooked. It was mostly mashed potatoes. My spouse ordered the pierogies. The kielbasa was also overcooked. I don't think I'll go back based on the food. It also took a long time to get the food and drinks and dessert even though it didn't seem like there was many people eating there. My drink was good. It wasn't very flavorful though and the waitress said that people complain about not being able to taste the alcohol in the drinks. It definitely had alcohol but it just wasn't very flavorful. My drink tasted like the paper straw. The waitress was nice and it had a good group of people in there. But I wouldn't go there based on the food.

Visited this place for the Happy Hour! Our waitress was super nice & very friendly. I really appreciate how attentive she was. The happy hour menu was small but the prices were good. Drinks were fine but the food was disappointing. I got a kale salad and a side of fries. The fries were horrible! They tasted like crunchy veggie straws soaked in grease. It was really bad. Really bad. So greasy and like hollow when you bit into them. When we got the check happy hour prices weren't given so I pointed it out and the waitress was apologetic. When she brought the bill back she still only adjusted prices for the drinks. When I pointed out the price error again she said she didn't even know that the salad was discounted. Lol. She corrected everything without any complaints but the staff should know their own specials.

I enjoyed my recent experience at Solstice. They did a great job with the interior renovation after taking over from the previous restaurant (Deagan's). Refinished floors, a brand new beautiful mural on the wall, nice lighting and cool light fixtures. The decor was fun and inviting and provided a really nice vibe overall. Host and servers were very friendly.Worth noting, I believe the menu was recently revamped and it was hitting all the right notes for me and my partner. We tried the honey hot buffalo wings and they were fall off the bone tender and delicious. For entrees, it was the burger and the sweet potato curry. Both of these dishes were so good, I would order either of them again! I'm obsessed with french fries and I thought theirs were near perfect. And then desserts. Oh my god the desserts. We tried the Chocolate Trio and Creme Brûlée Cheesecake... the pastry chef here is truly something special and I implore ANYONE with a sweet tooth to go try some desserts here. I don't think you could pick a bad one.We did not try any cocktails, but I'm already planning to go back for cocktails and apps/desserts so I can try some more stuff off of the menu. And there are 3 or 4 more entrees that I really want to try. You know a restaurant is good when you're already planning your next 2 or 3 trips. A fantastic addition to Lakewood and easily fills the void that Deagan's left behind.

Food was hit or miss. Brussel sprouts were very good, calamari a bit dry and small. A better sauce served with calamari would have helped, unable to determine what it was supposed to be, but rather thin. Burger was excellent, fries were OK. Pierogi dinner just OK. Kielbasa was tough, not sure how one would accomplish that. And crema, too thin and sparse. Drinks were the same, some very good, others not so much.

This place is awesome - so much brighter and happier than it was when it was Deagan's. I love the array of food options on their menu and how they change it up every season. Was happy they brought back Burger Night! Missed that when Deagan's closed but this one is better! Also loved their featured cocktails...definite upgrade all around, if you ask me!

We loved all the things! I found the space inviting and warm. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was delish! We had the wings which were crispy and sauces delish (hot honey was the best). Onion Dip was creamy and the naan points were crispy. My other guest had the crab cake and the curry. They loved them. Lastly, we had the peanut butter desert. SHUT UP - delish! It's like a deconstructed peanut better pie. Every bite was different and yummy.I highly recommend!

Went in a few weeks ago on a tuesday evening. It had a decent crowd but not full. We ordered the crostini as an appetizer and it was good. Partner went with the red pepper pasta - meh, ok but nothing special.I ordered the burger med well. I do, nt like my burgers raw, too easy to get sick. Both meals arrived together. I also got fries with burger and they were good, nice long and full - hate when you get the tips. Well, one bite into the burger and it was almost raw. Showed the waitress and she was surprised. Took it away but now I m sitting there without a meal and partner is eating. So they asked if I d like some fries while sitting and I said sure. Brought me a bowl of tips. I didnt say anything cause I figured I d get an order with my burger. Nope they just brought a burger , no fries. And burger was raw again ! Showed the waitress and she said that all they do is stick a meat thermometer in and thats how they say it s ok. Anyhow, I didnt eat the burger, didnt get any fries and partners meal was ok. They really shouldnt have charged me for the meal.
