This starbucks has been disappointing lately! I’m always waiting over 20 min in their drive thru waiting for them to even come to the window. The last few drinks i’ve gotten have tasted like the espresso is burnt.

I am a pretty much every day Starbucks customer. I recently moved to west Cleveland from Strongsville - where I had love bonds with the Starbucks there and I did NOT want to go to a new one. You know how it is - know their faces know their names, your dogs name.... But the one on Detroit is pretty good, my drink is almost always correct, the staff is cool... Love bonds in the making

I order here for PTA functions and never asked for a receipt (which I need for reimbursement) Kat / Kait was very patient and took the time out (in the middle of a morning rush) to find an old receipt from a week prior for me. First class service.
Came in with a 4 year old and the manager, Kait, went above and beyond to make us feel special during our “big girl time.” She was patient and kind while the little one was ordering and make what was an anxiety provoking experience (ordering like a grown up) fun and playful. The shop is always clean and the staff is always lovely, even when they are swamped! This is my favorite Starbucks in the area with good reason!
