Stood there for a while waiting for them to take my order. Although I was the only one in the lobby they cleared the drive thru before making my drink. My advice just go thru the drive thru is you don't wanna waste 20 mins while they clear it.

SPEAK UP!!!!!! Putting someone’s drink down next to 20 other drinks and NOT calling it out is ridiculous!!! Are we supposed to play guess which ones my drink??? 8mins waiting for a “hot” coffee because no one is calling out drinks??! So I have to ask because now I’m late to work and my “hot” coffee doesn’t have no sleeve or topper! This was beyond frustrating, SMH!! Definitely lost my business!!!

Good service in person. Mid service on delivery. Always put hot food items and cold drinks in one small bag. The coffee is always good and the food they do have is pretty decent.

I always get the Paradise drink from here it doesn't look the same with the other locations.The service for a couple employees that are just not friendly. I tend to go to Rocky River more but they did not have my drink.In the atmosphere is just low because the employees I don't enjoy going there because of the employees.

Whenever I enter, the atmosphere resembles that of a nightclub with blaring music. Personally, I believe everyone deserves a variety of music and not an onslaught of high volume AC/DC tracks in succession as it was this past Saturday. Not relaxing for sure.

I didn't care to much for the sandwich.My drink was good. It was just a dog in the coffee shop. I'm not sure if it's a common thing for pets to be in the coffee shop.

This Starbucks is consistently worse than other Starbucks nearby. The staff are nice and the food is usually fine, but the drinks are just bad for some reason. It's not that they get orders wrong. The taste is off. Every drink I've gotten from here tastes watered down or bitter or just weird. Even though this location is the most convenient, I go to Rocky River or the Clifton location instead because the drinks are better.
