This location has gone downhill SEVERELY over the years. Today I ordered 2 subs via the app. When I got home with them, the cold cut sub had literally 6 pieces of meat, the lettuce was not green and the banana peppers were hard. I've worked in food many years, and this only means its old product being used. Most likely to cut costs. The other sub had no onions or banana peppers like I ordered either. There was more bread than actual filling on both sandwiches. Dank you come again... I will not.

Went here with a coupon from the mail, I know coupon right... Soon as I mentioned it to the guy working he became rude and unwilling to accept it so why do they mail them out?? Shame Shame
Went here yesterday for subs woth my son. I went to use my phone for tap to pay and once it went through I noticed that the cashier had put on a tip to my total. I questioned him about it and he instantly got defensive and claimed I did it. I didnt even touch the machine with my hands, I used tap to pay. And that said employee reeked of smoke. When another patron heard my conversation, he immediately walked out. If I were you go to a different subway because clearly this one feels they can just add on tips to every order.

Honestly their food is great and all but my only concern is the fact that the hours are 9am-10pm and their ALWAYS closed atleast by 9 pm went at 8:50 and they had everything put away and were leaving I don't know if the hours are wrong or if their not following their hours but either way ONE of those need fixed.

They stole my money.
I ordered here 2 weeks ago, an hour and some before they were closing. As I was about to walk in to get my order I got a call saying they were closing early and that my order would be refunded. I asked if I could come in and get it anyways as I was already there and it was 10 minutes before the time he said they were going to close but he refused. I never received my refund and they don't answer the phone when I try contacting the store. If you can avoid this subway, you should, the location on Madison Ave is lovely.

So I had ordered through the app because they had a deal to get a footlong for $6.99 online. The sandwich was very sloppy and soggy. Also as you can see on the receipt I order extra onions, extra tomatoes and extra jalapeños. On the sandwich they didn't even bother to add onions or anything extra like I ordered not even the salt and pepper lol. So that being said I'm not gonna order online from this location anymore. Crazy part is that this location don't even be that busy but still manage to mess up a simple sandwich.
Ordered food in the app and it wasn’t ready when it said it was. Service was terrible. Definitely going back to the subway on 117th. Much better and way more polite.

The toppings here were revolting. The containers looked freezer burned or moldy. This overall lack off cleanliness made me lose any appetite I might have had. FOUL

That old guy makes the most Skimpiest sandwiches & he charges me a different price every time & I get the same thing every time. When I see him in there I turn around & walk right out ????. The lady with blond hair is so nice & makes the best sandwiches
Don't bother. I placed an order online for four foot longs and four bags of chips for delivery. I only received one foot long that was missing everything but the meat. I immediately called the store, and (presumably) the owner answered and told me to 'call back later—he was busy'. I have attempted calling back upwards of 20 times between then and now with no answer and a full voice mailbox. So, currently out $60. Reached out to corporate, hopefully will hear back.

Do not order delivery from this location, I placed an order for 2 foot long meals at 7:40 PM, and only received the sandwiches, not the 2 drinks and 2 chips I paid for. I called the store at 8:00 PM to make them aware and got “mailbox is full, and there’s no more space to leave messages”. I’ve already reached out to corporate to discuss this, awaiting a response.
I guess you guys close earlier than 9.30? It's 9.13 and the doors are locked.

Placed order on the app was expecting Food to be hot and made right but it was made wrong Food was cold asked for my subs to be toasted for mayonnaise regular black Olives there was hardly any back olives on my sandwiches both sandwiches were cold when they should have been
