Store says it closes at 10:00pm. I got there at 9:20pm and I was turned away because the two guys behind the counter said they were closed. Either actually close at the time that’s listed or change your hours. 🙂‍↕️

This subway overall was good but I did have an issue with our soups. When I got home and took them out of the bag they felt light. They were less than half full. As much as they charge for that they could give more than half a ladle. It was disappointing.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich through the appt for delivery and I was very disappointed in my order. Last time my sandwich was perfect, but this time my sub barely had any meat or sauce, the bread was super hard and the sandwich was super dry. I feel like i wasted my money at this place, it seems like whoever made this sandwich, purposely made it terrible from being lazy. When i spend my own money at a restaurant, my food shouldn’t be played with and I expect quality food and service.

Ordered via the app. When I walked in to pickup a female was bagging my sandwich. At that point all went well. As soon as I got home I removed the tuna sandwich from the bag and could feel the bread was hard. It only got worse from there. Visually you could see that the Artisan bread choice was old. The ends were very hard. Top of the bread was hard, crumbly and wrinkled. The inside was super dry. Couldn’t barely find any tuna. Never will I return to this location ever again. I used $2 of earned discount points for the purchase. Made me wonder if this was deliberate because of that. I find it very hard to believe they were serving that same bread to everyone. There would have been a line of returns. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make the drive back to the store for a return. Shameful
