I love this place! I have been getting into tea recently and this place has anything a tea enjoyer could hope for. Plenty of delicious blends, tea equipment, mugs and so forth. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions about what is in a particular blend. The bags themselves also have recommended temperatures and steep times depending on the tea you buy. They offer discounts if you buy in bulk and have a section of discounted teas as well. Overall, this is a fantastic place to go if you're looking to buy things regarding tea and I strongly recommend it!

This is the best tea shop in Cleveland. There are so many teas to choose from and there’s always new seasonal blend to try out. What’s even better is that the staff is so knowledgeable about the product and will go above and beyond to find the perfect tea to fit your needs. I recently discovered their lactation tea and it’s hands down the best one on the market - all the spices that are part of it make it also a perfect fall tea.

Awesome place to buy loose tea locally. I really appreciate their eco-friendly stance of offering small discount if you bring in your own containers. I highly recommend buying some mini mason jars for this purpose. They're relatively inexpensive, air tight and you can reuse them forever.

the worker basically fat shamed me bc i asked for an opinion on a type of green tea i wanted to try and they starter describing stevia packet and saying “it’s SO SWEET i prefer the taste of just the tea” with side eye and not giving an actual opinion of the tea like i asked but instead trying to almost scold me for even considering a stevia packet lmao also my husband is “skinny” and muscular so they were looking at him the whole time barely speaking with me even tho i was the one talking and ordering and then tried shaming me for asking for a packet on the side incase i need it lmao.
