The donuts are great but they consistently open very late or not at all. I wish they ran their business better.

My daughter ordered a huge amount of donuts and cookies instead of cake for my grandson’s graduation party. To say that it was a big hit is an understatement. Not only were they delivered to the party, they were beautifully arranged. Everyone at the party loved the display and couldn’t believe how delicious every single flavor was. They even made a congratulations sign out of donuts…stunning. Do not hesitate to hire these beautiful and talented young ladies. They are nothing less than amazing!

One of the worst run establishments I’ve ever seen. Never look at their hours. They’re consistently not open on time or close randomly throughout the day. They make enough donuts for a sheet and once that sheet runs out the restocking process takes forever. Customers after the first morning rush are left waiting for a lengthy amount of time. For dietary friendly options this is a good choice. The donuts are heavy on the oil. The flavors are pretty consistent in taste quality. I’ve never seen an establishment this horrendous at being open on time or closing randomly throughout the day. The lack in having consistent donuts on the serving table is mind blowing. I’ve lived near this establishment since its opening. Not worth the hassle and continuous disappointment. Brewnuts is far more consistent with a larger space to maneuver inside with the same dietary options available. Good luck!

These donuts are incredible! Huge, fluffy, and packed with flavor. My husband absolutely loves them — and he’s not even vegetarian or vegan! There’s always a great variety of creative flavors to choose from, and the service is just as sweet. We’re always greeted with a smile, and the whole experience feels warm and welcoming every time. Highly recommend!

Preordered letter doughnuts for my husband for his commitment to being an amazing cat dad. The doughnuts 10/10. They aren’t just good vegan doughnuts, they’re good donuts period.

Also, I feel like I spoke with one of the owners and she was SO FREAKING SWEET!!!!! Support this business 7 days out of the week if you can. We were just traveling a couple days in Cleveland on the way to Chicago but ugh, can’t wait to come back.

I have been going to Vegan Doughnut Company since the Cleveland Flea began, and they continue to blow me away! A must stop if you are in Cleveland. Outstanding doughnuts (you wouldn’t know they’re vegan unless someone told you), awesome variety of flavors, and incredible customer service. They also have the best oatmeal cream pie I’ve EVER had! The staff go out of their way to make sure you have an unforgettable experience. I am a forever customer!!

I never had vegan donuts till I found out about this place. So many different donut flavors to choose from. I like it 100000% and it’s the best vegan donuts I ever had and will get more. Keep up the good job ladies

I saw their page on fb a few months ago. I’ve have been craving a lemon lavender donut since. Last week I was finally going to be in their area (I live 24 miles away). I placed an order online a few days before going. It was easy and great to know I’d get my lemon lavender donut! I also ordered a couple other donuts. They did not make it back home whole. They were all amazing and I got stuck in traffic. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Unmatched, delicious, high quality doughnuts and cookies!! Extremely thankful for their doughnuts being safe for my allergies! I drive 2 hours to get these!! AMAZING bakers, owners and staff!!
