Got the Toni’s signature pizza and when I got home I realized it didn’t have the outside crust on 3 slices and it just didn’t look fresh. I called back and said I’d bring back the pizza for a refund but I was told I couldn’t do that. Instead, they said they’d leave my name and I could get a free pizza. I ordered a pizza a couple weeks later and I was told my name wasn’t there and I couldn’t get the pizza for free and next time to bring it back to be remade or for a refund (after being told before that this wasn’t possible). I walked out without the pizza and I will not be coming back.

There wings are terrible and overpriced but everything else is great, customer service is always great.
Ordered a Ceasar salad got a RANCH DRESSING, I’m allergic to the mayonnaise in ranch !!!! I called in and all he said was he’ll swap it but didn’t get the concept of food allergies!! Had to go to the er to get a shot!!!!
