My daughter was picking up an order at this Wingstop and was treated extremely unprofessionally by an employee. She was verbally berated for coming into the store during bad weather, the worker yelled from the back “ Who the _ _ _ _ is coming in with this weather”with comments implying she “shouldn’t be out getting food in this weather,” followed by aggressive language simply because my daughter was walking away and forgetting her drink. The worker yelled from” Your forgetting you’re _ _ _ _ _ _ drink”!

Regardless of the weather or situation, no customer should ever be spoken to in a hostile or disrespectful manner. This interaction was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior promptly. I regret that I can’t write verbatim word for word what came out of that workers mouth. Thanks to the cameras it will all be confirmed on the footage.
That employee shouldn’t ever be allowed to work with the public.

I ordered at the front desk and was politely greeted by the server. Fast food has evolved due to online ordering and door dash so when I went in, even with myself being the only customer inside, they were diligently working to not only provide my order, but the orders of a random amount of people who were able to place their orders instantly. The nice worker who greeted me kept me updated from the kitchen to let me know the status of my order. I also noticed he may have started recently so at one point he needed help with the register and the manager impressed me with how calm and politely she showed him how to work the computer. Very cohesive atmosphere, I want my wings prepared by happy people and they proved to be worth my order

First time ordering them. Never again got half our order and called to see what happen they wouldn’t do anything for us. Delivery driver only brought one of two bags is what I was told. Wouldn’t give us a refund because they use DoorDash for delivery even though we went through the wing stop app. Wingstop told us to go through DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash said Wingstop had to give us one. Only had a receipt from Wingstop. So I guess I’m out the money and 20% tip I gave.

I ordered here for the very first time and I thought I was gonna be excited cause I heard some good reviews and when I got the food the street corn they were small same portions like it’s just like a teaser and then the wings really had no grape flavor. It was just like a hint of flavor and it was just very disappointing. I was hoping to have like a good hint of flavor not just a tiny bit so it was very disappointing but just that one experience I probably wouldn’t go back cause you know I like my wings and I want a place where I can go and have good wings so unfortunately I don’t recommend them other people still do but that’s just my opinion. I was just very disappointed you know for the cost that you pay that just wasn’t not a good enough flavor for me.

Tried going a few times. None of the experiences were great. Cold food is a staple. It seems clean, though.

pedí a domicilio alitas y una hamburguesa, debían ser dos órdenes de papas pero me llegó una, llamé de nuevo para decir que me faltaba una orden, tal cual dice mi ticket y la señorita que atiende me hizo caso omiso y culpo al repartidor! después de decirle que ese repartidor era de mi total confianza, que siempre ha ido por mis pedidos jamás ha tomado nada, después de eso no me contestó en toda la llamada, fácil decidió ignorarnos!

I called in to make an order a little after 3 o’clock and asked for it to be ready at 4:10. I was asked to call back in 10 min because the manager was in a meeting and the worker did not know how to put the order in to be ready at 4:10, so I instead called back at 3:45 so my order would be ready at 4:10 and I was placed on hold for 8 minutes so I hung up and called back and then another employee picked up and asked me to hold again I was on hold for six minutes I hung up and called back then I waited four more minutes before anybody answered that call and when the lady answered, she asked me to hold again I said I had been on hold for 15 minutes already and she said I know there’s people in my lobby and put me on hold again. Really shouldn’t be that hard to take orders over the phone and also multitask with people picking up in the lobby. Sounds to me like there needs to be new management at this location.

Worst wing stop ever. I guess they stop taking orders after midnight even though they close at 1 but the payment will go through and won’t even offer to make your food. They just said we will refund you and that’s it. Taco Bell is down the street. Just go there.

They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street
