Ordered take out recently from here. Had to wait 20 minutes past the expected ready time in the small lobby with 5 other customers whose food was also taking longer than expected. Wings had the least meat on them I've ever seen and the sandwich was extremely dry and looked like it was smashed with a hammer it was so thin.

Tried ordering a 6pc boneless combo and was told it was going to be an hour wait. The only wingstop worth going to is mentor on the lake. Every other wingstop in northeast Ohio has rude staff and terrible service. Don’t waste your time or money

Came in to pick up an online order. When I arrive, there is no one visible, but can hear employees in the back. The music isn't loud, and I hear banter being exchanged. There's a food rack behind the counter with 1 order on it, and it clearly has my name on it. I respectfully wait a few minutes for an employee to meet me up from, since the door rings a bell when someone enters. I wait 10 minutes, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Finally, I yell back, "Can I grab my order? It's on the shelf". The employee says, "1 minute". I say, "I've been waiting 10".It's 15 minutes, total, that I'm standing at the front, staring at my food getting cold while listening to the entire staff, that's present, cracks jokes while cooking. The employee that comes out at the end wasn't wearing gloves, hairnet, or anything indicitive that he had been cooking.This place clearly doesn't have the common sense of hiring anyone capable of running a business efficiently.

Our food arrived cold and we were missing all of our sides. We were only offered credit or in store pick-up. How can you offer delivery on your website for online orders and not have a way to fix this when calling the store.
Food is never on time, music is always blaring from the kitchen, always have to wait for service at the counter, most recently 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. This last time I was told my order was ready and had to wait 35 minutes to get my order of 20 wings. Backed up on orders and o ly using one fryer and only making one order at a time and pausing in between those orders. Scheduling is horrible at this location at I was there at 5:15 pm and watched 3 e.ployees clock out and leave with one bringer her child out of the kitchen area before she left.

Order was placed today superbowl Sunday at 3pm. I thought it would be too busy but I was wrong. Order of 30 wings and sides was ready at promised 15-20 minutes. Everything was hot and very tasty. Ordering on line was easy.

Worst experience Ive ever had at Wingstop. Waited 1.5 hours for my order. Called around 1 hour of waiting to get a refund, and she insisted it was coming out. Waited another half hour till it finally came out. Got home, wings OLD and dried up. NO RANCH. Horrible. I need a refund asap.
