Used to be one of my favorite places in Lancaster. This place has definitely went downhill. Service was extremely slow. Order was entered wrong. Sirloin steak was ordered medium came burnt on one side and no grill marks on the other. Cook obviously forgot to turn it and finished it in the microwave. Corporate needs to step in and train everyone or it will be another failed Lancaster franchise.

Server with the red/maroon hair is lovely, but the server with the god awful spray tan could seriously use an attitude adjustment.

The toilets were so full that if I flushed it it would go everywhere and there was only one toilet available 😭

We were there last week and had the worst meal ever. We ordered.the riblet meal and I couldn't figure out what we were eating. It was a long strand of meat with small bones in it

If I was not starved and in a hurry I would've sent it back. Also didn't see any manager barely seen another waiter beside ours. We were also there when the air conditioning wasn't working. I notified the company of our experience but got no response from them as I expected. I will not be back. A waste of $40.

Ordered to go. I tried to say I was here on the app it wouldn't let me. Called the restaurant and no one ever picked up any lines. I go up and walk into the curbside pick up, the air conditioner is not working it is super hot in there. Mind you its 95° out today. My food is sitting on the counter, NO ONE around. I finally grabbed it and left. Never coming back here again this isnthe 3rd time now and there is always an issue.

It it literally 80+ degrees Fahrenheit in here. Never eat here.

The AC was broken and it was 80+ degrees inside the restaurant. Service was ok, but the food we had was terrible. The salmon was overcooked and dry beyond belief. The broccoli was complete mush and black on the ends. This place is dying a slow painful death. We won’t be back.

So we went in there at lunchtime and their AC didn’t work. It was very hot in there. We went in because we were hungry anyways. The food was not bad, although he took a long time to come to us. You would think that they will try to get us fed Before we almost melted to death. They had so many people walk in and leave because of the heat, they losing a lot of money.

Refuses refunds after offering them! , drags it out for months, forget this location I would rather go to Athens where they properly handle their business.

I would love to place an order but the website isn't working and nobody seems to be able to answer the phone when I call in. It's 8pm which I understand can be a busy time but when I call in 3 times and still no answer it gets frustrating.

Shout out to my cooks and server/bartender at Applebee's in lancaster tonight! Thank you Sarah 😊 The ac is out, the staff is short, your pulling in more than your fair share and my food and service were still excellent. 👌 💫
