Applebee's Grill + Bar

THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE! Went to cancel my online order because the wait time shot up to TWO hours after I placed the order. Can’t cancel it online and I’ve called 20 times at all different options and still trying. This place is a damn joke.

Two bad meals in two weeks. Lancaster Applebee's has gone downhill. Food cold, poor service. Health department needs to inspect this place

Server was extremely rude and unprofessional. Prices posted online did not match what we had to pay

$50!!!
For that price I would have went to the steakhouse

Arrived at 5:15 it took 15 minutes to seat us.

Food took over an hour and a half to get to our table and mind you the restaurant was at less than half capacity. Not packed at all. Food came out luke warm at best.

Server was not very present which again, not many people in the restaurant. We were there for almost THREE hours because they were so slow. Terrible experience and our two families will never be back.

Went in around 7:15pm, waitress came to the table, and got our drink order. She came back and put the drinks down and threw the straws on the table and walked away. Comes back and we get to order our food. Food comes out, appetizer sampler was fine, my mother in laws ribs were good, but the mashed potatoes were cold and tasted Ike paste. My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich and it was disgusting, so it was sent back and got a cheeseburger in its place. Cheeseburger took a while to come out and it was barely a medium. He took two bites and was done. Server was so rude, handing food over the railings, coming up behind us and not to the actual front of the table to say something to us. Very unprofessional and would never be okay at the restaurant I work at. We won’t be back and maybe corporate needs to go in and see it for themselves!!

Place is usually pretty busy, but they have a quick turnaround, and the staff are solid, drinks are kept full, and I've never had my food messed up

Twice I have been to this Applebee's. Once I was seated and forgotten about. We left. Yesterday, I was told it would be a 'really long time' because they had to-go orders. I won't go back again.

Not ok. 4 people and we spent $90. My bf and I recieved really teeny tiny steaks that were still bleeding. Literally sent them back and recieved the same meat cooked a tiny bit further.. my daughters sweet chicken was good but the noodles were freezing cold. There was a random onion on my childs kids meal cheeseburger? Bathroom was shoddy at best. I never even got a drink refill when my food finally arrived. Waited that long for bloody meat. He had 5! Shrimp on that plate. I had 3 chopped mushrooms and no sauce. Not worth the price!!! Then had to go physically find someone for the check. She said I'll go get her rn then proceeded to help other people. Took 10 mins to even see the person that was supppssed to be bringing it out. I was so fed up. We literally had to beg to pay and leave... $90 smh not worth it.
Athens applebees is soooooo much better! I will not be returning to this one.. very disappointed

Wonderful wait staff and food is delicious. It's an afternoon lunch hour and we're surrounded by groups of elderly and families and the MUSIC is hard rock, rap and electronic..not calm amd relaxing or thhe correct audience

Had a wonderful meal staff sucks and not very nice to my brother that has disabilities was his first eat her and she got rude he didn't know what he wanted 😕 would be back but not with the way they treated my family

This place has change so much but not in a good way. I used to go there all the time and the last time I went there it was disgusting . Some of the workers look like they just crawled out of the gutter. Never again I will ever walk in that building for more than just one reason. Bartender for most.

We went in for dinner last night. This place has went down hill in the last few years. We sat at the bar, we couldn't scoot our chairs in because of the messed up floor below. Wet and warped. Our bartender was the best. Great service! The only good thing about the night. Went to the bathroom where one stall was out of order and the other wouldn't flush well. I worked there 20 year ago. That place was spotless under Nanette. If it's looking like this front of the house I'd really hate to see the back of the house ( kitchen) Applebee's do better! No wonder you don't have many people there anymore

Burger was way too greasy, like it was swimming in it. Waitress acted like she didn't care. I couldn't finish the meal after 2 bites.

... Haven't done much pickup..,but olive garden always on time.
..here ,13 minutes later.....this is sad....fries cold and feel like they are a week old.....disgusting

Several servers walked by us many times, they knew we were here. Shift change, no one wanted to take the time apparently. Food was trash, and cold.
