Everytime I come in yall take forever to sit me and my family and my food is always cold the servers and Manager just looked at us and talking about us standing there for 10 minutes bad service

Everything was cold BUT our dessert. Which ironically was supposed to have ice cream. Waitress hardly ever came back to out table. Our food arrived before our flatware, which came from someone NOT our waitress.

Remodeling went to bathroom it looked worse after the Remodeling. Steak pink in the middle came out buried in pepper and burnt. Not one steak but 2. Broccoli was freezer burnt

I was very disappointed on how this Applebees has went down hill. One working restroom with no hand soap and toilet paper laying on the floor. The tables were broken so bad your food would almost fall off of the table. The food was alright. Our waitress tried to do her best but they definitely need more help. Im hoping they will shut this place down and give it a remodel soon.

we’re told someone walked in and stole our $78 bag of food when we were parked car side had to wait an extra half hour for our food with a 2 year old and 1 month old in the car absolutely horrible management here they did not even care and didn’t change ANYTHNG about the way the do carside!! would recommend never ever doing the pickup from here unless you want your food stolen

Ate at Applebees over the weekend. Our server Megan R was fantastic. She just came on shift and was slammed with 5-6 tables but that didn't stop her. She got every tables drinks and food orders in a timely manner. She didn't even write anything down even with all the chaos. Super impressed. She was also very sweet and kind! Giving only 3 stars for the atmosphere simply because they are renovating which is no fault to anyone.

Got my food togo. Now with that being said. 5 minutes to get home shouldn't make my food cold. Also the steak was very tough and hard to cut. Was not very happy with my experience here.

Great place. My daughter and I eat here a lot when we have our girls day shopping. Their seasonal drinks are delicious. Service and food is always good.
