I frequent this place every chance I come to the Lancaster mall and every time I come here the pretzel bites are always different from the amount of butter and salt to the length of time cooked. When will it ever be consistent?

Food is always FRESH and DELICIOUS. My mouth is always watering when I get close enough to smell the fresh baking dough 😩😩 The River Valley Mall is basically a ghost town, but AUNTIE ANNE’S is enough to make me come back time and time again!!! I hope the staff gets the recognition they deserve for their QUICK and FRIENDLY service.

Service was quick ordered 2 plain pretzels however when tearing pieces off both pretzels both were completely raw inside! Took back up to the counter and the girl just stared at me like I was an idiot sitting there holding 2 very undercooked pretzels.

I love pretzels. And let me tell you, these are some irresistible pretzels. My mouth is watering just writing this review. The flavors are melting on my tongue. I wish I could rub my entire body in Auntie Anne's butter, and slide around like a snail. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yummy. I am literally creaming. Other than that, the staff is very nice young woman! Woman Woman. And man. There is man. Where there is woman, there is man.

Could not believe they quit carrying the garlic pretzel, you would think they could at least keep a shaker so you could sprinkle your own flavoring on. Will probably have to learn to make my own.☹️
