Very good food and friendly staff. Food came fast and wasn’t very expensive for all that we got. Definitely would recommend if you are in lancaster and looking for quality Bbq.

I was picking up two DoorDash orders. The server gave out one of my DoorDash orders to another driver. Although this was a mistake, I didn't appreciate feeling like it was all on me to try to rectify the quality service issue.

Instead of acknowledging the error and apologizing, the server tried to get me to contact the driver who just left (I don't have a way to contact other DoorDash drivers through the Dasher app).

The server also tried to get me to deliver the order meant for the other dasher that the server gave my order to (We are only supposed to deliver orders we accept. I also would have no way to get the other customer's address to reach them).

Finally, I unassigned my second order because of the long wait.

I get that it was busy and everything. However, all it takes is a minute to confirm the first name, last name initial, and the order items.

I'm really disappointed that anybody would find this acceptable to serve. The tots have zero crisp and appear to have been microwaved rather than fried. Chicken feels like they were fried in dirty oil this morning and then refried in even dirtier oil at night. My son enjoys the whole pig sandwich but warning they never listen to the request to not put slaw on it.

Very satisfying BBQ experience. And convenient stop for my road trips down to Ohio University or Hocking Hills & Lancaster. Small, casual place, fast friendly service nicely presented food, good prices!

Love this place. The brisket is delicious. The sauce is amazing. Partnering with their brewery, they also provide local beer. We traveled to Hocking Hills for hiking. It's definitely worth the 20 min drive for good food. Also, our host was very personable and inviting. The experience is more like visiting a good friend.

First time here and I can say I will be back! Absolutely amazing food! The waiter rocked it out, can tell he actually genuinely loves his job and it shows!

The food is THE BEST in the area. The entire staff is so friendly. The service is fast. The food is super fresh as it should be at a BBQ restaurant. Infact I was surprised that they had everything I ordered because I got there pretty late.

We sat down and browsed the menus before our server came to the table, deciding on what we would like to order. She informed us that they were very busy over the weekend and that most of what we wanted was not available. This, of course was not her fault, and we said as much to her before deciding on alternatives. When some of the items came out, they were cold, which she quickly rectified, that was appreciated. She did forget to bring out some of our order, and she had it taken off of the bill.

My issues started when we went to pay and the dark haired lady with the arm tattoos decided to lecture me rudely about why the item was removed from our bill and just being crude and disrespectful about how she was the only server and they had a full house. While I am sure she was busy, there were at least 3 people in front of house for 5 tables (not a full house). I respectfully informed her that we were never rude or anything less than polite to our server and that I didn't appreciate being lectured for service issues on their end as a paying customer. She even needed to make the comment that "well you don't have to come back".

To our server, you deserve a better place to work. You were great, especially dealing with all the issues.

To the cashier (manager?), maybe next time, get up and help out if there are issues instead of taking it out on a customer for no reason. Customer service is still a thing, and one that you would be wise to learn more about.
