Food menu selection is terrible ever since the new company took over. All of the best foods have been removed because someone in another country who doesn't eat half of the food is calling the shots. However, this location has been a great place to visit for over 20 years, and the staff is always pleasant.

Whoever is working needs an attitude check I called to place an order they said that it was gonna be an hour when I already took an hour to drive here so I said never mind I’m so sorry and was hung up on completely unprofessional and I will never return to this restaurant.

The server we had was very good at his job. He said he only works here one day a week for extra money, but he knew what he was doing like a seasoned professional. He apologized for some things that were out of his control and fixed the issues quickly. The food was timely, fresh, and the order was correct.

Don’t come here if you want to have a quick lunch, took our food over 45 minutes to get here the order was missing a few things, food was okay, other than the egg not cooked right, but I had enough food to eat besides the egg. Sad part is that there wasn’t a ton of people in the house, but plenty of staff. Do better
Very tiny portions. I will not ever order from the Lancaster location again. I paid nearly $16 for what should have been a Pot Roast dinner and it was a mini size lunch portions. Very disappointed. I called in to speak with someone and they said those are the correct portions. So not even proper customer service for a disappointed customer. Never again. Smh

Family of 5 stopped in this morning stood there watching 8 employees behind the counter (not working)There was no hostess, no welcome or anything didn't get seated..they didn't look concerned we stood there so long. Oh well.. take our Money elsewhere.
