Bob Evans is fading, or intentionally trying to put itself out of business. Apparently, another menu change. Again, limiting the menu in reducing some healthier options. Power bowl that I liked is gone. I'm okay not going here any longer.

I'm not sure if it was the kitchen or the server or both? We arrived with maybe 9 people in the di ing room eating. So not busy considering there was 4 servers, and look to be 4 people in the kitchen. We all ordered basically the same thing which was deep fried food. It took our server 30 mins to get us our drinks. .. then an hr to get our food. We was told rolls would be right up. We finished eating got our bill, then the rolls arrive. Cmon Bob's do better!

This is the chicken tenders meal that I waited a half hour on. These isn't tenders just crust. Worst food i ever received at this restaurant.

Been here an hour. No food. All the tables are filthy. They are giving people only spoons because all the dishes are dirty. Manager is walking around drinking coffee and not helping. They are out of a lot of food. Finally got our food. Chicken breasts burnt like jerky. Steamed broccoli was raw and cold. Lot of upset people here tonight. Many also left because it was ice cold. Womens bathroom was freezing and smelled like an outhouse. It's absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back.

To start off they seated use in a booth that was broken then the Kitchen messed up 2 of the 3 meals sent me out completely the wrong meal. Another missing all the fixings and overcooked. I feel that the manager is not managing the store it feels like a ship with out a captian no order or organization.

You should never wait over an hour for food at Bob Evans. They certainly have gone down hill since the original owner. Staff was not the friendliest, maybe due to the situation and they knew what we were walking into. Then I think the food made both of us sick. I used to love bob evans. It’s sad that such a great family restaurant has been sold so many times that it just sucks now. I wasn’t happy the last visit, and I think I just went for my last time. No manager out and about talking to guest to reassure all was being handled. Poor customer service.

Vegetarian options: Lemon garlic chicken is terrific. That's pretty much all I want anymore since I've tasted it. I don't even taste the lemon that is if they put it on. They send out a grilled 1/2 lemon so I believe they do that if you wish to apply.
Wheelchair accessibility: Side door for handicap is very easy. Both my parents use walkers.
